We had a nice stay in this home. Great location, comfortable beds, and easy check in/out. Carpet needs to be cleaned and floor is uneven in places. Overall a good stay and would recommend.

Easy informative check-in. Excellent location. Property was clean. Needs some flooring repairs, but nothing that interfered with vacation. Pet friendly. Timely return of security deposit. Have stayed at Oceanside Village multiple times and have never been disappointed.

We had a great experience and an amazing vacation.Everyone at Rose reality was amazingly helpful with any and all of my questions. The house was perfect and we were actually able to get into it earlier then planned. Just a great experience. We will definitely use them again and would stay in the same house again.

We had a great time and did a lot of our cooking there and everything we needed except a can opener, I bought a hand held can opener at Food Lion and I left it there so the next renter would have one! There was an real old electric one in bottom cabinet but it would not cut, I thought maybe homeowners would want to replace it! Everything else worked well and we had a very nice time!

While it was a real pleasure working with Mary and the team at Rose Realty, we had some real issues with the property. Renting sight unseen is always taking a chance, but you do expect representation of the property to be as shown and referenced. The entire property could really be helped with some major cleanup and maintenance. Underneath the home on the cement there is duck droppings everywhere. There is no lighting in the parking area under the house. There is NO outside shower, and the yard is very overgrown. Deck needs maintenance, some rails not connected. Inside is terribly dusty, the master comforter was not clean..dirt along the top and bottom edge, the carpet is very unclean. On top of that, the AC went out 2nd day of stay and was never really repaired. Ended up getting portable AC units for remainder of the stay. Mary was wonderful to work with on this, however. Master bath shower head was spraying on the walls and we temporarily remedied it,but it needs repair. The cabinet in the master bath is really disgusting. It should really be removed. Living room furniture is stained and dirty.

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet in this beautifally decorated beach house. Great restaurants in the area plus entertainment for the whole family. Beach a stroll away.

The house was very clean and had a at home feeling about it. The only thing that would need to be done is there were a few pieces of the railing around the porch that need to be fixed, they bottoms parts were not nailed down.

After missing our family vacation in 2020 due to COVID, we were pleased to see several improvements to the house (since 2019). As usual, the BEST location to the beach. Also, we had a pet emergency during our stay, and we cannot say THANK YOU enough to Mary and the ladies in the RRE office. They were so helpful and supportive.

This home is in a great location! The home is in need of some work but otherwise good condition. The house was very clean and smelled wonderful when we arrived. We love staying at Oceanside village! Wonderful, helpful staff a lot of amenities and a family atmosphere!

Great location and house for my month long stay. I travel
with my own furniture covers, which was good because even after a thorough cleaning there was pet hair on the furniture. Nice deck. Loved having central air on the hot days and a celiling fan in the master. No complaints and friendly neighbors. Would stay again.

We have stayed here last year and we reported repairs that needed done and it wasn't. Rain came in back door and that wood is deteriorating. Also floor in living room has soft spots like it is deteriorating as well. Carpet had dirty circles in living room and master bedroom. The carpet needs replacing. Has tear at front door. Furniture in living room is worn out needs replacing. We like staying at this location but things are falling apart.

The house is perfectly located for going to the beach and enjoying the pond. Nice layout inside, but it honestly needs a good bit of TLC. Bottom of back door is falling off (literally), the pickets surrounding the porch are falling off and the carpet needs replacing. With that said, we (including our dogs) really had a terrific time and would stay there again.

This was a second year staying at this lovely home in the keys! We were very comfy,the house was clean, and we felt like we were at our home away from home! close to the beach, enjoyed many walks, sitting on the deck enjoying our feathered friends, and we are looking forward to returning next year!

This rental was fine and we would stay in it again, however the couch and 2 chairs need to be replaced because you sink down in them and your back tends to hurt and the tall cabinet in the master bath should be removed, doesnt look to good. The lights underneath the house should be replaced so they will work. If you rent a golf cart bring a long extension cord so you can plug it in above you where there is the only outlet. The house was clean, beds were fine, kitchen well stocked but the main TV was a little hard to see from across the room since it was too small for the room. Overall, we would stay there again.
