5 Bedrooms 4.5 Bath. House is located in Bermuda Bay. House sleeps 12 people comfortably. Upstairs has three bedrooms. First bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bathroom, third bedroom has two twin beds with ensuite bathroom. Upstairs has a very large living room with separate dining room. Upstairs kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, regular coffee pot, keurig coffee pot, blender and everything you would need to cook a family dinner. Downstairs has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has two twin beds and one queen sofa bed is also available. Downstairs also has a kitchen with separate dining area. Living room is available for relaxing. Entire home has 5 televisions. Each level has its own washer and dryer. Guests can enjoy deck and patio furniture, outside shower, charcoal grill, free WiFi and 2 car garage. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocce ball courts, pickelball court, shuffleboard court and two tennis courts. Golf carts can be rented through the Oceanside Village Office. Pets under 30 pounds are allowed only. Home also has Dish and Netflix. Linens are not included but can be purchased.

Staying at George's Bay inside Oceanside Village was a very pleasant experience. Everything we wanted to do was right there, and just outside the gates were options galore for food and entertainment. The house was spacious and perfect for our family of 8. The downstairs apartment was the best accommodation for a handicap family member we've had with all of our previous beach rentals. This is the one time a year that all of us are able to get together and enjoy spending time. We will return.

It was perfect for our 2 families! It was so very clean from top to bottom! The carpets were slightly damp leaving us to assume they shampooed them before our arrival. They even called to check in on us to be sure everything was good and asked if we needed anything!

The house and neighborhood is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. There was some maintenance issues that need to be fixed. The microwave in the upstairs kitchen would flip the breaker everytime you used it, the top floor bathroom toliet didn't work and the sink the kitchen on the main floor dripped the whole week. The blinds to the sliding glass door need to be replaced as it would stay cooler in the house if the sun wasn't coming in. Other than those issues we had a great time

We were extremely pleased with Rose Real Estate! We had some unusual circumstances come up prior to our arrival, and they were exceptionally accommodating and kind. The house itself suited our purposes well; however, it could use some updating of the furniture. Overall, we were pleased.
