Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home in The Keys. 2 Queens, 2 twin bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa; comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Fully furnished and fully equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 12 cup coffee pot, toaster, blender, refrigerator with icemaker, garbage disposal, large open kitchen and floor plan. Separate dining room seats up to 6 people. 5 TVs (in every room including kitchen) along with DVD. Ceiling fans though out the home. Master bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bathroom with corner soaking tub and separate shower. Second bedroom has queen bed. Third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. Hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Living room has queen sleeper sofa. For convenience a ironing board and iron are in the unit. Many extras including high chair, booster seat, baby gates and pack n’ play. Free long distance calling and Free WIFI. Large screened in porch that is accessible from dining room sliding glass door that looks at large lake across the street, with gas grill and outdoor furniture. Concrete driveway with outside shower. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocceball courts, 1 pickleball court, and two tennis courts. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.

This house was fantastic!!!!!
Well stock with every thing u need including spices to cook,
The only thing i would have like to see was maybe some beach stuff,fishing rods.We had to go borrow chairs and umbrella.Had no room in the van to haul that stuff was kinda expecting it to be there.
We did rent golf cart witch work out great.
My lady love the flowers/pourch and the how close everything was.

I love coming to this vacation spot, this is the best place to stay. The gated community is a safe place to stay with so much to do. The staff is amazing here and rose reality does amazing job there . I can’t say enough good things about the workers there . Where I rent the golf cart needs more staff if possible. She was a little short with people I think do to the long line . Over wise everything was perfect

This was a wonderful home for 3 generations, the room with the bunk beds was perfect. We have rented 4 or 5 homes in Oceanside and this home had everything you could need in the kitchen for making family meals. Highly recommend this home, will probably rent it again.

The rental was very spacious and clean . It was very roomy and comfortable. We have now stayed in the same unit now for 2 years and we loved both times there. It is stocked with lots of things we use . The screened in porch is a plus along with the other patio around the corner. Overall we was very pleased. The staff was very nice and professional.

We have stayed at this home for the past two years. It is a great place to stay especially if there are children. The bedroom with the two sets of bunk beds is perfect for our four grandchildren and there are two Queen beds in addition .The beach is a very short walk.. Our grandchildren love Oceanside village. They enjoy the beach, pools, and just riding the golf carts and feeding the turtles and geese. Oceanside Village is a very peaceful family oriented place to vacation.

Perfect for our family vacation of 8 people. Very short 5 to 7 min walk to the beach. Roomy and well kept house. C ant go wrong with this selection. Rose Realty as always was fantastic to deal with.
