We really enjoyed staying at the bottom of 253 Georges Bay Rd., it was very cozy for 2 or 3 people. I only wish that the main bedroom had a king size bed. Everything was clean when we arrived and well maintained. We loved the amenities in the village that we could join and there was no charge. The chair exercises, aqua fitness, the Sunday Social, and the poker run once a month. we had a lot of fun and enjoyed going to Bengimen's Bakery & Cafe for
lunch. The Conch Restaurant was nice and relaxing also to sit on there outside patio which is covered and so close to the village and the private parking lot for people in the village. The Board Walk and Pier 14 restaurant, we walked that a few times. We also loved the patio at the back of the house, it was quiet and we got a lot of sun which we love and we could sit and watch the ducks and swans. The only thing we really missed was having a golf car to use during our stay. There was a lovely one in the garage, however the owner did not let the guests use it. That was a big must for us but we did rent at the last minute. We definitely would recommend this place to friends. It was very expensive to rent a golf car, it was $47. a day that includes taxes. We rented only for one day and that was for the POKER RUN.

We were very happy with location of our rental. It was very clean when we arrived. 9We loved the patio and used it a lot, it was great for sunny f mornings. The lower part of the house was just right for us. My son visited us and used the work out room and I went to the chair exercise class every Tues & Thurs. we also golfed just across the way at Tupelo Bay and of course we had your discounted price we used. We went to the Sunday Social and the Poker Run and they also have an indoor and outdoor pool. The amenities in Oceanside village are great, we took advantage of most of them. Oh my gosh I almost forgot about the Ocean, we had to take our car as we did not have the use of the golf car which we really missed. But when you get to the ocean, Oceanside Village has its own private parking lot next to The Conch Restaurant. Lovely spot to have a meal or a drink. We also walked a lot on the Boardwalk and Market Commons. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. We stayed for six weeks.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this small but lovely apartment. We particularly enjoy the pond view and fountain. We also enjoyed the sunlit patio. This is our 4th year and we were cry very pleased to find the apartment very much cleaner than in the past. We intend to return next year.

The experience is great. We have many friends both inside and outside OSV and we truly enjoy being with them. OSV offers many chances for good times. The Wednesday morning golf scramble is excellent as is the exercise class each Tuesday and Thursday. The golf group makes things easy with the scheduling and driving arrangements. Dances, breakfasts happen frequently. We love our little apartment with its views of the pond and fountain.
The only concern is the queen bed needs a new mattress.

Very happy with the property. I would rent this house again.
