Master bathroom has double sink and glass door shower only. Hall bathroom has a glass door shower/tub combo. Beautiful Condo with fountain view. **NO SMOKING**Pets allowed up to 35 lbs. but no cats. Bright Beach Package. Close to all conveniences!!! Enjoy the gym, indoor or outdoor pool, brand new pickleball courts and common grill area when you stay. Also make sure you check out the executive golf course, three par and disc golf. The three par is lighted at night. Golf passes available for weekly and monthly renters. Coupons available for renters staying less then seven nights. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.

Villa 213 was perfect for our stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, spacious, and updated. I would recommend this property and stay there again if I returned to the Myrtle Beach area.

Villa 213 was a nice place! It had evoke needed to unwind. The pool was especially relaxing when it was so hot outside. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat at home. It was conveniently located near shops and the beach! Friendly and safe neighborhood! Even pets were welcomed! Would definitely stay again!

We stayed in this condo last year. Rose Real Estate is very responsive to any needs we may have. Had to request additional kitchen utensils. Maintenance issues fixed immediately.

Great time to vacation is October. Our stay at Tupelo Bay was enjoyable again and it is a great location,close to everything. The two bedroom condo was clean,spacious,quiet,like being at home. Golf,Beach,restaurants,stores all nearby. Definitely will stay here again.

Great vacation. Close to grocery store,relaxing view, clean,spacious villa. Geese,turtles and ducks kept added to the views from the 3rd floor balcony. We usually stay in hotels, but like the villa much more. Public beach parking beach visits easy. Traffic on route 17 can be busy as usual.

We have stayed in several condos in Tupelp Bay. We have always been satisfied with the condos in regards to the cleanliness but this unit was dirty and needs updates to compare with the others.

We are very comfortable in this golf villa and have found the staff of Rose Realty extremely responsive to any needs we have had. We are actually here for 2 months and they made arrangements to add to our cooking supplies as well as fixing any maintenance issues. We would definitely stay here again.
