3 Bedroom, 2 Bath downstairs portion of the home, Sleeps 8. 2 Queen beds and 2 Sets of Regular Bunk beds. Stackable washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator and 12 cup coffee pot with fully stocked kitchen. Living room has a sofa and love seat. Dining room seats 6 people. Flat screen televisions in living room and master bedroom. Only two televisions downstairs that are streaming only. Jack and jill bathroom has double sink with shower/tub combo. Hall bathroom has single sink with shower only. No carpet all tile flooring. Outside shower is available to use. Patio area that has table and four chairs to relax in after a day at the beach. Dogs only under 25 allowed, No Smoking.

We only had one slight issue , owner was notified, came the same day and resolved the issue. Rose Realty and home owner ROCK!

The house was great for our family of 6! Plenty of beds for everyone. Very functional kitchen with a pantry. Nice to be close enough to walk to the Food Lion for a few things. We got to meet the owners and they were extremely helpful with a couple issues and so kind!! Would stay again!

My husband and our fur-baby rented the downstairs for the month of February. The unit suited us well. We had everything we needed. We are renting another unit next year in Oceanside Village as this unit is booked. The indoor pool was a huge plus.

The property was very clean and easy to find the only problem we had was with parking being very tight and the cookware needs to be replaced

My son's family of 4 and my daughter's family of 5 as well as myself- Nana, had a wonderful vacation at Oceanside Village. One family slept upstairs, one down, but we all gathered for meals upstairs as it was a bit larger space. The 2 kitchens had everything needed for meal prep, including crockpot and outdoor grill. The beds were comfortable, and morning coffee and a glass of wine at night on the porch was so relaxing. The home was very clean, organized,so convenient to shopping and 5 minutes to the beach. The indoor heater pool and outdoor pools with the kids mini-water park is really nice. We absolutely would rent this house again. Thank you Oceanside Village for sharing your wonderful community with our family. We'll be back!

This house had everything we wanted: close to everything, washer/dryer, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, good wi-fi. The neighbors were super friendly and helpful. The entire complex was safe and clean and had so many things to offer: pool, tennis courts, library, dog park, library. Great vacation spot! Only one negative: TV had about 10 channels (and we watched only 4), and not all could be watched from the living room. But we made do. All in all, very pleased with our month here!
