This villa has 3 Bedroom, and 2 Bathrooms. 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Q sleeper sofa, sleeps 8. Second floor unit that has an elevator in building. Kitchen includes dishes, glasses, cookware, utensils and all items needed to cook comfortable. Kitchen also comes with a full size refrigerator with icemaker, stove/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, 12 cup coffee pot, microwave and blender. Washer/dryer is also in the unit for renters convenience. Dining room table seats 6 people. Villa also has four bar stools at the kitchen counter for renters use. , Living room has a sofa and love seat. Living room also has a brand new 55 inch television. Villas has WIFI as well. Sun room gives you more seating that includes two chairs, table, storage chest and desk. Master bedroom has king size bed, television and two large walk-in closets. Master bathroom has double sinks and large stand up shower only. Queen bedroom has cloths storage and closet. Twin bedroom has television, cloths storage and closet. Hall bathroom has shower/tub combo. Newly painted with beautiful décor. Enjoy the gym, indoor pool, outdoor, brand new pickleball courts and common grill area when you stay. Also make sure you check out the executive golf course, three par and disc golf. The three par is lighted at night. Golf passes available for weekly and monthly stays only. Coupons available for stays less then seven days. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.

We stayed in this condo for a month while our house was being built. One month quickly became 2 months as the builder was behind schedule. This condo was perfect. It had everything we needed and the location was great. I work remotely and there is a great office setup in the sunroom. The unit has internet and cable as well. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked.

Spacious. Difficult temperature regulation. Don’t rooms would be hot in night and back room freezing. Great place to stay with all we needed.

Tupelo golf villas is in a good location. We didn't have any real major issues during my family stay there. There were some stains on the walls, two stairs appeared to be broke. Overall my family had a good stay.

Was a great home just had some food on table and some of the dishes in the cabinet had not been cleaned . The home had everything we needed to have a great stay . Would stay again . The area is wonderful for children and privacy.

The unit was backed up to the golf course so it was fun watching the golfers putting. We had water running with a fountain that was lit up at night. The property is very clean and well taken care of. The ladies at Rose Real Estate were very nice ans easy to work with. The unit was beautifully decorated and had everything you needed for cooking. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed the sunroom. The unit did not have a safety chain on the door and having my 4 yr old grandson with me was a concern. Otherwise we really enjoyed it.

My family and I all agree that this was one of our best family vacations and we would love to come back again. The rental home was clean and well maintained. The amenities were great like the pools, golf, and activities. The staff was helpful. It's in a great location and we felt very safe. It is very close to the beach and Broadway at the beach. The shuttle service is a great option.
