Gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bath home. 2 queen beds, 2 single beds, 1 double bed and 1 double sleeper sofa. Sleeps 10. Fully furnished with brand new side by side washer/dryer, microwave, brand new dishwasher, brand new refrigerator, garbage disposal, 2 slot toaster, electric can opener, hand mixer, stand mixer, blender and 12 cup coffee pot. Also includes 4 flat screen TV's, DVD and WiFi. Living room has large l-shaped sofa with separate sofa as well. Dining room table sets 4. 5 bar stools are also available at kitchen counter. Master bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a queen and one single bed. Third bedroom has bunk bed with double bed on bottom and one single on top. Living room has one double sleeper sofa. Master bathroom has one sink and shower only. Hall bathroom has one sink with shower/tub combo. Also unit has an ironing board and iron for renters to use. Hardwood floors in main living area and carpet in the bedrooms. Concrete driveway and carport. Deck on the back of unit that over looks lake that includes table with four chairs and four extra chairs. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocceball courts, shuffleboard court, pickleball court, and two tennis courts. Nice home, lots of room and well kept. Only improvement I would suggest is that the owner clean out the closets in the bedrooms. They were so full that we had no room to hang clothes...a problem for someone staying 3 months! Other than that, it was a great place to stay...Rose Re! and the owner very easy to work with. Very reasonable rental rate. Would highly respect recommend it

From the first day here until it was time to return "home", we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The view from the deck is gorgeous...swans, geese, ducks swimming by. The home is spacious, with all new appliances. A great place to vacation, and the best rental company we have ever worked with! Thanks, all the girls at Rose Realty, for making our stay even more enjoyable.

Pur vacation rental was awesome. It sat on yhe pond. Was well equipped with the exception of a keurig. (Which we brought)
Place was ready when we arrived. Convenient to food store and beach. Pools were nice. Unfortunately the indoor pool closed for updates

The people at the rental office are terrific. They let me know that my rental would be ready when I got there. Also did a courtesy call the next day to make sure all was good

We had a great time on our impromptu trip. The house is clean and well stocked. The back deck is a great place to relax and watch the wildlife. There is no towel bar in the hall bathroom.

We love Oceanside Village. The amenities are great for our family. Rose Real Estate is always friendly and helpful with any issues. The house was great....room for everyone. I feel that the mattresses are due for replacement but they weren't terrible. This is our 3rd year at Oceanside and we always enjoy our stay there.

I was so thrilled to find this three bedroom, two bathroom beach house at Oceanside Village. Our previous condo plans fell through and this one was even better! I have four children: two boys, two girls. The girls shared a room and the boys shared a room. My husband and I had a bathroom to ourselves. Ample space!
Being in a gated community gave me peace of mind for allowing my teens to explore on their own. We brought our bicycles and rode around to the pools for swimming and ponds for fishing. Having access to a private beach parking lot was like icing on the cake. We loved this place!

The beach house was superb. Clean, kichen outstandingly stocked with appliances, dinnerware, pots and pans. The bathrooms do need safety bars installed outside the shower and tub. The dining table and chairs are too high and unsteady and need to be replaced.

Oceanside Village offers so many activities for active adults. It is a very warm and friendly place to experience. One of the few disappointments is that our rental does not include a grill or a golf cart to enjoy.

We had an amazing week at the beach. The location was perfect. We lived being on the pond. It was very relaxing. There were a couple of things that could be repaired. The disposal didn’t work and there was nothing stating it didn’t work, so I had to get the food out of it. There is a smell by the washer and dryer that comes and goes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. There were a lot of leaves in the driveway and sidewalk. They looked like they had been there a while.

We had a very enjoyable vacation at Oceanside Village. It offered a real community experience during our stay. There are so many activities that are available and the people are very active and friendly. We especially liked the library, gym, bocce court, and all the programs offered in the Community and Activity Centers. We look forward to

We loved it here. Room for everyone! We enjoyed the back deck and feeding the turtles, ducks and swans. The community was amazing....tons of friendly people, yet quiet. My teenagers enjoyed the pools, basketball courts and the freedom of a safe community.

We had a great time ,the only thing this rental was missing was access to a few bikes, fishing gear and beach equipment which several other houses had available for renters use in a storage shed under there carport .

Property was very clean. Nice community, very friendly people, excellent location, lots of activities which we took advantage of. Kitchen was very well-equipped and easy to work in. The unit could use A couple of coffee tables in front of the couches. We bought one and donated it back to the salvation Army when we left. We were completely satisfied and have rented the same unit for next February and March.

We had a great vacation, of course, too short. We are already making plans to return next year to Oceanside Village. I think it is the best place on the beach to stay.
