Our stay at 1553 Mason Circle was amazing. The house was very clean, well maintained and was very spacious. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and everything was a lot nicer than I expected for a rental. It felt more like home. You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in this home. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the spacious wrap around porch. There is plenty of space to fit multiple cars underneath out of the sun. It is also a short distance from the beach. Everything worked great and it was just an extreme pleasure to stay here. We would recommend this house to everyone.

As always, Oceanside Village did not disappoint. We had wonderful accommodations and plenty of activities within the village. Water aerobics were truly fun and much harder than you would think. Definitely worth participating. Golf cart parade was amazing. I do wish there was more than one pickle ball court as you normally wait to play however you can modify and play on tennis courts as their is no one ever on those courts. Security was on patrol which was nice to see. Tina and Mary are incredible to work with and make you feel like family. Cannot wait to return.

We have stayed at Oceanside Village for the past 4 years and always rent through Rose Real Estate. They are great. The houses are always clean and the pictures are current. The community has great amenities and the whole family is happy. The management company cares about your experience there and are so helpful to answer questions or address any issues.

I’ve stayed in Oceanside village 7 times but this time was the best experience yet. No mess booking, check in and check out. Awesome staff from the realty to the security gate to the golf cart rental staff!! Very attentive. We already booked for next summer!!

We have stayed at Rose Real Estate properties multiple times and they have always been very enjoyable and this time it was not exception. The property on 1553 Mason Circle was just perfect. No issues at all during out stay, beds were comfortable , spacious rooms, washer and dryer, great internet. I would recommend this particular rental, but I also can recommend Rose Real Estate if you are looking for a convenient location, family friendly place to stay. I love the golf cart rental on the property as well. Kids just love it for all the community activities.

We had an amazing time during our stay at the Keys of Oceanside Village. 1553 Mason Circle is the perfect rental for a week at the beach. Comfortable furniture, great outdoor shower and a lot of space. With small children we loved the minimal decor. Less to worry about. :) We also loved the quiet neighborhood of the keys but also being closed to the pool, beach and happenings of the community. If we rent there again we would probably bring gates so our kids could run around the wrap around deck without worry of the stairs. But the driveway with the swing was a nice covered area to play as well. Thank you to the owners for a nice, clean comfortable place to vacation with family.

The location of the house was great: walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Decor was extremely nice and the house had ampule space for our family. My only negative would be the lack of golf cart. The pools were within driving distance but would have been more accessible had the property included a golf cart. Other than that, I would highly recommend this property to families and friends.
