VERY SPACIOUS HOME IN THE KEYS!! 3 bedroom, 3 bath - 2 Queen, 2 Twin, 1 Double Sleeper Sofa *sleeps 8* 6 TVs, TV in living room is 42" HDTV; DVD. Living room has a sofa, love seat, chair and two new chairs for 2023. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, icemaker, coffee pot and blender plus more extras. Separate dining room that seats 6. Ceiling fans though out the home. Master bathroom has sunken tub for relaxing after a day at the beach and separate shower. Master bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom has two single beds. Two bathrooms have shower and tub combos. Furnished Carolina room with sleeper sofa, furnished deck, gas grill, paved drive, outdoor furniture for plenty of relaxing or entertaining, *NO SMOKING* *NO PETS* Close to all conveniences and to the beach. The home is located in the Keys. Linens are not included but you can purchase linen package. Come enjoy all that Oceanside Village has to offer. Two outdoor pools, with heated hot tub, heated indoor pool, private beach parking area, two tennis courts, pickleball court, boche ball court, playground and basketball court. Golf cart rentals are available through the Oceanside Village Office.

The property description was accurate regarding layout, location and amenities. The manager and staff provided great customer service. We would recommend this property to anyone. We enjoyed the ocean, both outdoor pools, playground and parks. Many restaurants are located nearby. The Conch Cafe is our favorite with ocean views, lots of parking and delicious food. We plan to vacation there again!

OSV is a great family place with lots of activities for the entire family. Our rental home had everything that you need to fill at home plus more. We definitely recommend this beautiful home. The office staff and Ed was great to work with they took care of our every need. OSV is the only place we will vacation at in Myrtle /Surfside Beach and we highly recommend coming here for your vacation. This is our home away from home.

Overall a great stay. The home was clean, well stocked and very roomy. Plenty of seating, large rooms, tvs everywhere, nice kitchen. Parking is a little tight, especially if you're driving a larger vehicle. The grill did not work, gas leaking at the tank connector initially, then it wouldn't light, didn't feel all that safe continuing to try it. Location to the beach access was convenient, about a 2 min ride on the golf cart. Neighboring houses are very close, you hear a lot from them if they are noisy at all, and vice versa. I'd stay again.

This was a beautiful house. We loved it. Loved having a place for the grandson to have his own tv to watch what he wanted to. Kitchen stocked with all you need. We were there for a week and cooked every meal but one. We will be back. Lots of room for a big family. Loved it!

We had an outstanding time on our vacation. Home was very clean! The only adjustments that need to be made: one of the reclining sofa did not work, the master shower/toilet area could be a little more open, and cooling was a little problem (perhaps a larger unit or a change in the routing between the two units to cover more than just the sunroom. This could take some stress off of the main unit.). The neighbor to the left was so friendly!

The house was very nice and open, with lots of space. The kitchen was stocked very well with appliances and dishes. Overall we loved our stay at this place, the only complaint we had was the grill was very small and didn’t work that great.

This was our third time staying in this house. We enjoy the layout and the size of the home. It's always clean. We like the location and the neighbors across the street are always friendly. The only complaint I have is the ice maker. It just doesn't make enough ice for our cooler. No big deal but thought I would let you know.
