We’ve been staying with Rose Real Estate for the past six years and enjoy their hospitality and family friendly facilities. Our latest stay began at 370 Meadowlark and soon became too hot to enjoy. The wonderful staff responded quickly and had the HVAC folks take a look at it. When it was determined that it wouldn’t be an easy fix, they moved us to another available home for the remainder of the week. While I wouldn’t recommend 370 Meadowlark, overall we had a lovely time with our family and look forward to planning another stay with Rose Real Estate next year.

Property is older and it didn’t have a lot of cookware. It had no pizza pan. We couldn’t plug the golf cart up because there was no outlet but we did borrow a drop cord from the golf renter place and it has a plug-in inside the screened end porch. Overall it was a good place to stay.

Every one at Rose Rental was very friendly. The place was nice for what it is. It could use some updating but I would definitely rent it again. It’s served it’s purpose and was clean. The bed was comfortable. The master shower was very small. I could barely fit in it and I am a petite/small woman. There is another full size shower in the hall that we used so it we made it work. Overall I liked the place and it was reasonably priced.

The house was perfect for our stay with our two kids. Oceanside Village is thw only place to stay in our opinion and Rose Realty was am excellent host. They made contact with us early in our stay and made check in simple and painless. And if needed they are right at the entrance to OSV

There was one small problem with the garbage disposal smelling and the maintenance guy contacted us immediately. I love this place from the staff to the location to the worry free gated community. Everything was fantastic. I truly didn't want to leave. Every place in here looked amazing. Clean, quiet and lots to do and private parking at the beach for the golf carts. So cool. Going back next year, hopefully for 2 weeks next time.

Oceanside is an amazing place! So much to do with our 4 kids! We stayed an entire month and hope to stay longer next time! We loved how safe it was there for our kids!! The house fit our family of 6 great. Lovely screened porch with a partial view of the lake across the street. Parking was great under the house to keep our vehicle cool. The management was amazing to work with! Definitely recommended!
