2 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished home. Master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and 1 queen sleeper sofa in each living room, sleeps 8. Brand new kitchen installed. Kitchen is fully stocked. It includes refrigerator, stove, microwave, 12 cup coffee pot and toaster. Living room has sofa that converts into a queen bed and double recliner sofa. Second living room has a sofa that converts into a queen bed. Hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. 2nd Bathroom has a shower only. Stackable washer and dryer are available to use. Three flat screen televisions that have cable. WIFI is also available. A deck is outside to sit and have your morning coffee. A short walk to the ocean with full use of all community amenities. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, bocce ball, horseshoes, and tennis. Linens are not included but you can purchase linen package.

The house was good for our family of 7. No golf cart included in the rental, that would have made it much better. It was easy enough to rent one through Oceanside though. Short drive to the beach with private beach parking. Rose Real Estate staff was super friendly and helpful during our stay.

TLove dealing with Rose Real Estate rentals, but the home was a little tight for 6 people and needed some upgrades such as bathroom remodel and a dishwasher. Overall i would say for the price it was satisfactory.

The office staff is great during entire process, from taking reservation to departure. Four generations of my family have been visiting OSV for the past 30 years and it just gets better and better. We especially enjoy all the amenities and green space.

The house was in a awesome location walked to beach daily. Loved it. Any questions I had office was very helpful and they had discounts on local things to do.

The House was great - it could use some updates and some of the repairs were shoddy (the dryer vented into the room instead of out of the house). But overall it was a very nice house for our family - two smart TVs, separate living areas. The home was impeccably clean but the cleaning supplies were stored in strange ways - the broom and mop were stored in the bathroom trash can so that we either found a new place to put those things or just didn’t use the trash can. Also, there was no hose to rinse off things from the beach - I knew we had to bring our own linens but a hose, too? About the general property - the house next to this one is being gutted - so we arrived to a massive pile of trash (I’m talking everything that was inside the house) outside the main entrance to the house. The trash pile stayed there for most of our stay. And there were piles of building materials (decking) almost blocking our path to the door - and clearly the piles were there for a while as someone had cut the grass AROUND them. On the day they moved the trash out the workers were nice enough to kill a snake they must’ve found - I know this bc someone threw half of the snake directly into our path. At least it wasn’t the whole snake. I would certainly rent the home again - just found it odd that the exterior property was allowed to be in that condition during the height of vacation season.
