3 bedroom 2 bath corner unit. 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twins, sleeps 6. Third floor end unit with cathedral ceiling and an elevator is available. Ceiling fans throughout the condo. Fully furnished and fully equipped with side by side washer and dryer, ice maker, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, hand mixer, blender, George forman grill, 12 cup coffeemaker, 2 slice toaster and electric can opener. Dining room table has seating for six. Kitchen area also has three stools to sit and eat as well. Master bathroom has a shower only but does come with double sinks., Hall bathroom has a shower/bath combo and one sink. 3 flat screen TVs, 2 DVD players balcony with furniture that includes a table and four chairs. WiFi, NO PETS. Ironing board and iron are available for renters use. Enjoy the villa and all that Tupelo Bay has to offer; indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center, community center, volleyball, grilling area,and golf passes. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.

I had been with Rose Realty since 1992. This is the first time I had a complaint about the carpet being soil and dirty. The fact that we had to stay there 7 days. I reported it the day we got there. I feel like they should have sent someone to clean it. I have stayed in 2 other apartment and never had dirty carpet. I hope that Rose will check before guest move in. Since 1992 we have enjoy going through Rose Realty.
