Very enjoyable time. Nice location and accommodations. Team preparing unit for us not notified we had ordered linens to be included. Were prompt in addressing issue. Bed headboards were not well attached and wobbly. Some appliances, eg dishwasher and garbage disposal a bit old and could be replaced. Water pressure from shower head in bedroom a little weak. Overall very clean, functional unit. Love it’s location, pool and beach access

Tupelo Bay is a great place to escape the winters. We enjoy coming down to play golf and walk the beach. A beautiful and convenient location.

My only complaint is the hours of the gym. The gym does not open until 8 a.m. and I prefer to workout much earlier than that.

Another great week in Garden City/Surfside Beach, SC. Grandkids loved the roomy condo, the warm water of the ocean, the pool, putt put, The Executive Golf Course and the close proximity to the water park, Wonderworks, and above all the restaurants, and shopping. Noisy upstairs neighbors, internet issues on arrival, and a water leak from above condo were minor distractions from a really fun time at the beach.

A-1 customer service from Rose Realty. They were courteous, friendly, and very welcoming. From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect! Unit was a great location, easy drive to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Loved the unit, cleanliness overall was good, just a few minor touches were needed. Unit was spacious, and quiet at night. Minor inconvenience with wi-fi and COVID 19 procedures at the gym. Definitely would rent this unit again!

We had a dead snake in the living room floor that the cleaning company should have found before we ever came in. It had been dead for a while so there was no excuse for it still being there. We also needed maintenance on July 4 holiday for a broken handle on the toilet but when we called the after hours number they said they didn't do maintenance for Tupelo Bay and we would have to wait until Rose Real Estate opened back up the next day. This was a big inconvenience.
