It was easy dealing with Rose Real Estate and very convenient to have them on property in case you had questions or minor issues. Staff is very friendly and was great when I called several times to make reservation and to ask questions. Have stayed with Rose Real Estate before and will again, especially in this location.

This home was absolutely clean from top to bottom and had everything we needed. Everything worked and the decor in all the bedrooms was so very nice! The experience with Rose Real Estate as a whole was beyond what I have ever experienced in terms of customer service! They were genuinely concerned with making sure our needs were met and took the time to see to it that they were. I cannot say enough great things about them!

We have been staying in Bermuda Bay for our annual beach vacation for about 15 years, and in Oceanside Village for many years before that. The house was clean and well appointed. Rose Real Estate rental team is consistently professional and helpful! Have already pre booked 2 houses for June 2026..

We rented this property for the month of April 2025. We have stayed in this house for the last three years and love it there. This rental is well taken care of and has everything you could possibly need while on vacation. The house was very clean and the new floors and new dining table are very very nice. Thank you to Mary from Rose Reality, you are amazing, as you go above and beyond taking care of your clients. We hope to return next year!!

Loved everything about the house in general: location, OCV amenities, quietness, and room for our family to have seperation.
There was no foosball table as stated in the amenities at the house and the grandchildren and other family members were very disappointed. This needs to be removed from the listing. The laminate floors were not clean, my 10 month old grandson had black knees from crawling on the non rugged floors while we were unloading(I did take pictures if needed) so I did reclean them and the oven was dirty causing the house to smoke until we cleaned it. All maintance issues were reported to the staff at ROSE upon departure. Other than tbose few hiccups, we had a great week.

The entire vacation was wonderful. From the booking to check out everything went very smoothly. I had questions regarding the property up front and all the information given was concise and quick. The house looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean upon check in. We will be back!

Was a little rough process since we used another company to rent through and had a couple bumps along the way. However, once we got there and place was cleaned (prior renters left it a little messy), family had an amazing time. Definitely rent the golf cart and enjoy the beach and pool areas. Location was great. Not to touristy, yet close enough to get some of that as well.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. There were a few little things that needed to be cleaned but at no fault to the owner, just from previous guests that housekeeping must have missed. Other than that, everything else was amazing. Great location and the view from the back of house is beautiful. We had a great week and hope to stay here again in the future!

The home was excellent, it was exactly as advertised. The home was clean well equipped to prepare a full Thanksgiving dinner for our family reunion. I would not hesitate to use this home for our next reunion.

We had our whole family together (9 adults and 4 kids). We had a fantastic time with plenty of room for all. The rental was very comfortable and met all our needs. Lots and lots of things to do in the area and much time spent at the pools and the beach.

This was a great property. Plenty of room for 12 of us to sleep comfortably. I would recommend this house to anyone.
