3 bedroom, 2 bath corner villa with balcony. 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins, 1QSS, sleeps 8. Condo is on the second floor and is an end unit. Elevator is available for use. 4 flat screen televisions, VCR and DVD also available, stackable washer, dryer, dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, disposal, toaster oven, blender, 10 cup coffeemaker and iron/ironing board. Ceiling fans are in all bedrooms, living room and balcony. Three bar stools at kitchen to eat. Dining room has table that seats 6 people. Master bathroom has a shower only with double sinks. Hallway bathroom has a shower/bath combo with one sink. *No Smoking* Lake View with balcony. Balcony furniture includes two chairs, love seat and table. Free WIFI** Close to beach and all conveniences. Enjoy the gym, indoor pool, outdoor, brand new pickleball courts and common grill area when you stay. Also make sure you check out the executive golf course, three par and disc golf. The three par is lighted at night. Golf passes available for weekly and monthly stays only. Coupons available for stays less then seven days. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.

It was a very spacious condo., but could have used some updates. We took our dog and we’re happy that he was allowed to stay in the condo. However, the carpet had tree burs in the carpet that we vacuumed and cleaned up. The overall cleanliness could have been a bit better, showers had mold in them and the shower curtain needed to be replaced. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

We had the best time. The rental was larger than we expected. Easy drive to the beach and no trouble parking. Pool and fitness center were nice. Easy communication. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful. Pick up when we arrived and drop off when we left was as simple as possible. We had an issue with the air conditioner, the first night, they got a tech out and fixed it the next day without issue. The villa itself and the surrounding property was beautiful. It was exactly what we were looking for during our stay.

Everything was wonderful. The villa was nice and clean,the beach was close enough for us and the pool was wonderful. When I reached out to the manager I got a response right away very nice and polite. I would stay here again

Our family had a great time! Overall the condo was great! It was very clean and spacious. The only suggestions we would give to the owner is to add some porch furniture and upgrade the T.V.'s.

Been to myrtle beach many times before, i knew area pretty well along with restaurants,sites to go to. i like where i stayed on 17 business , thats why we always choose your company. I was dissappointed thou that tupelo bay doesn't have permission to bring cars in beach area like your other rentals, we weren't told about that. Also disappointed that their was no furniture on outside deck, that's why we choose 2nd floor villa because we were told overlooking pond, which was, but no furniture to sit. And last, we thought linens were going to be change either everyday or every other day. So our fault for not calling up and asking, next time we know better. But it was a very nice place
