We have been vacationing at Ocean Side Village and renting through Rose Realty for nine years. We take our children and grandchildren each year. I know they will always remember walking around the village, swimming in the pools and ocean, and riding the golf carts. We love going there and Rose Realty is a pleasure to work with.

The rental was great. It was open and rooming. Had some issues with the dishwasher that had the house really smelling for 2 days before maintenance was able to make it.

We love staying at Oceanside Village and dealing with Rose Realty. We have stayed there several years and Rose Realty has always been great to deal with. The property was clean and well maintained. The toilet broke but the plumber came the same day and the air conditioning was fixed the same day. The ceiling fan in the living room was dirty and the carpet in the master bedroom was dirty.

We loved the house. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. It could use some serving bowls and plastic dishes for children but other than that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. Would definitely recommend renting.Grest location.

Lovely house on the canal! Good size for our family of 6. The oven is smaller than a regular oven, but it worked okay. Loved watching the ducks and turtles and ocean from the deck!

We had great time. The house was in great shape. It was very clean. It was nice to have a pantry to put groceries in and to have every cabinet filled to the max so couldn't use them. The two months we were having the deck to sit out side was nice. The office was very helpful when we had a light switch problem.

The house was great! The view was spectacular for our kids as it overlooked the canal. It was just a short walk to the beach and we were able to enjoy fireworks from the deck or even kitchen table each night.
The only thing that I would say for others who stay in the future is that the kitchen is well-stocked if you plan to do minimal cooking. It’s not so much a complaint as it is, I just would have packed a few extra items had I known. We found ourselves in need of a larger mixing bowl, a 9x13 dish and a few other small things. Do I expect the owner to provide these...no...I just wish I had noticed before I was mid recipe.

Beautiful location! Would stay there again. They had what looked like rugs on their couch as protectors which constantly fell off. We never could figure out how to use the TV, that needed explanation considering all the remotes. We have been coming to Mason Circle, not 1722, for 25 years. This was our first stay at this address. This house was not nearly as pristine as we were used to. There wasn’t enough places in bathrooms to hang our wet bath towels. We loved the view and the management was awesome as always. The master bed was awesome! But felt we weren’t trusted to sit on the couch and the house’s floors could have been better.

Great, except for the sliding glass door going in to the back bedroom. Could not tell if it was open or closed and two of my kids ran into the glass when it was closed. Also need a gas grill.

The place was nice except it had done items that should have been addressed. They were hazardous. The ceiling of the porch was exposed and stuff was hanging down. The missing pieces from the roof were laying on the porch as a tripping hazard and sharp. Then upon leaning on the railing of the porch the railings were NOT attached and was dangerous and people could have fallen. I recommend this be addressed immediately as it is a safety hazard.

Also note the parking area under the house was a mess. There is broken furniture trash and other items that were horrible to view.

Nice quiet area and you feel safe within Oceanside Village. Clean house and all amenities in house worked. Nice indoor pool and outdoor hot tub and pool. Good sized dog park with separate areas for large and small dogs. No shortage of restaurants in the area. ( Angelo's, Prosser's and Simply Southern are 3 of our favorites) A trip to a Pelicans baseball game is great fun with many other shows and activities all within a short drive. Walked the beach everyday which is kept in very good shape even after hurricane Matthew came through a year and a half ago. Overall a great week.
