We are pleased to share the details for a beautiful pier home in the Keys, located within Oceanside Village. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps up to 10 guests and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay.
Sleeping Arrangements:
- Master Bedroom: 1 King bed, spacious ensuite bathroom, large closet, and a sitting area.
- Second Bedroom: 1 Queen bed and a sitting area.
- Third Bedroom: 1 Pyramid bunk (Twin/Full) and 1 Single Twin.
- Living Area: 1 Queen sleeper sofa.
Home Amenities:
- Living Space: Spacious living room with a large L-shaped sofa, rocking chair, and 4 flat-screen televisions with a DVD player.
- Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with an ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, blender, both regular and Keurig coffee pots, and a four-slot toaster. The dining table seats six, with additional seating at the kitchen island.
- Outdoor Features: A large, partly covered deck with furniture for 16 people, gas grill, outside shower, and a stereo system.
- Additional Convenience: Side-by-side washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, high chair, concrete driveway, and carport area. Free WIFI is included.
Oceanside Village Amenities:
Guests have access to private beachfront parking (with restrooms and showers), indoor and outdoor pools and both include hot tubs, a kids' splash pad, playground, and various sports courts including tennis, pickleball, volleyball, basketball, bocce ball, and shuffleboard.
Important Policies:
- Please note that this is a non-smoking and pet-free unit.
- The elevator is not available for guest use.
- Linens are not included, but a linen package is available for purchase.
- Golf carts can be rented at the Oceanside Village Office.

We loved our stay at this house. We loved seeing the updates that had been made from previous year. House is always clean and stocked with the essentials. Check in was a great process as well. House is close enough to the beach and the amenities in the neighborhood are great

The home was very nice and had enough room for the family. Kitchen well equipped. Out decks very useful for our family. The outdoor stairs needed work as one of us fell through Thank goodness on the morning we were leaving lol. Main bath was help full as I am disabled.

This house was great for a family beach vacation. Had lots of room and the porch was awesome for early morning coffee or late afternoon book reading.

Very satisfied with this property. House was very clean and no issues. Parking a little tight if you have three cars and rent a golf cart. Very close to the beach access, although a golf cart is a must to visit the other amenities as well. Would definately stay again.

Wonderful week! We have stayed at this address many years. It is always a pleasure. It’s located close to Charleston. We like to spend a day there. For most stays we just hang out in the beautiful home and live the golf cart rides in the development & to the beach!
