This is our 4th year renting the whole house for the month of April. Everything was great with plenty of room for family, functional kitchens, comfy beds and nice location. Relaxing on the deck with a good book and cold beverage was so pleasant. Neighbors are always friendly. This rental has all you need for a fantastic get away. Many great memories were made again this year ❤️

This place was amazing! Very clean and spacious. We had 11 adults and two children and we all had ample room. Very well stocked kitchen and well maintained home. We had zero issues! The only detail that I would share about this property is that if you are renting the entire house the only stairs are on the outside. It definitely wasn't a problem, just unexpected. We prepared coffee and breakfast only in the upstairs kitchen so half of us were traveling up th stairs outside in our pjs everyday! LOL. The neighbors didn't seem to mind. We have stayed in Oceanside Village for years and this was one of our favorite because it was just so comfortable and spacious. ALL of the beds were like absolute heaven! I slept better on that bed than I do in my own! The only suggestion that I would make to the owner is maybe a bigger table upstairs. There's definitely room for it and we like to play games and at least a 6 person table up there would've been nice. Can't wait to go back next year!

Location is close to stores and restaurants. Everyone enjoyed the beach and other amenities that were available or just relaxing on the deck with a good book. This was our second year renting at this location for the month of April and we absolutely loved it. The house is great with plenty of room for family, very functional kitchens, and comfy beds. It was nice being within walking distance to Food Lion and other convenient stores. Relaxing on the decks with a good book & a beverage or just soaking up the sun was wonderful. My family and I had a great stay! The house was great and just the right size for the 7 of us. This house has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the indoor pool and riding around on our golf carts. We love Oceanside Village and highly recommend it to others!

This was our first year at this rental and it was amazing. I was so happy with our choice. The house is exactly as described in the listing and well maintained. The kitchens were nicely equipped. Having the whole made it so convenient with our large family giving everyone plenty of room. Location is close to stores and restaurants. Our two families (11 people)rented the entire home the week of Easter and it was very nice and clean. Kitchens are fully equipped, and the home is super convenient to groceries, shopping, and attractions. We rented golf carts which were so fun and the private access to the beach was amazing - and only 3 minutes from this house. Everyone loved the pools and we played basketball and kickball at the athletic fields. The managers were great and the people that live at Oceanside Village are so friendly. We absolutely had a wonderful vacation and will be back after school gets out. Thank you for sharing your family friendly community with us!

The house is perfect for my kids and family because we were able to split the house into top and bottom and allow the teenagers to have their own space. It’s a beautiful home with lots of space so no one is ever just cramped on top of one another.
