Great Home! 5 bedrooms 4 Baths, Sleeps 14. Upstairs has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 1 Queen, 2 Twins beds and 1 Queen Sofa sleeper. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 Queen beds and 2 Sets of Bunks. Each level has 2 smart televisions, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, microwave, disposal, crock pot, blender, toaster and plenty of dishes and utensils. Each level has a 12-cup drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig. Upstairs bathrooms both have shower/tub combos. Downstairs bathroom has one shower/tub combo and other is just a shower. Upstairs living room has sofa, recliner love seat and a chair. Downstairs living room has sofa and love seat. Upstairs dining room seats four and has a large bar with bar chairs and downstairs table seats five. Concrete driveway and two additional covered parking spaces. Enclosed outside shower, outdoor furniture, covered patio area downstairs, large, covered porch upstairs with ceiling fan. An additional deck upstairs off the second bedroom. Free WIFI and cable television or stream on the smart TVs. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased. Pet friendly dogs only under 25 pounds. No Smoking. My family and I had a great stay! The house was great and just the right size for the 7 of us. This house has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the indoor pool and riding around on our golf carts. We love Oceanside Village and highly recommend it to others!

We had such a lovely week together. The house was perfect for us and plenty of room for all of us. My three year old granddaughter is still talking about going back to the beach. I would definitely recommend this house and the community. Until next time!

Was a great vacation. Floors weren't swept or scrubbed, but that was ok we did it. Really like the house and hope to get it again next year for maybe 2 weeks instead of 1.

This was our first year at this rental and it was amazing. I was so happy with our choice. The house is exactly as described in the listing and well maintained. The kitchens were nicely equipped. Having the whole made it so convenient with our large family giving everyone plenty of room. Location is close to stores and restaurants. Everyone enjoyed the beach, pools, splash pad and relaxing on the porch reading a book was wonderful. Many great memories were made ❤️

Our two families (11 people)rented the entire home the week of Easter and it was very nice and clean. Kitchens are fully equipped, and the home is super convenient to groceries, shopping, and attractions. We rented golf carts which were so fun and the private access to the beach was amazing - and only 3 minutes from this house. Everyone loved the pools and we played basketball and kickball at the athletic fields. The managers were great and the people that live at Oceanside Village are so friendly. We absolutely had a wonderful vacation and will be back after school gets out. Thank you for sharing your family friendly community with us!

The house is perfect for my kids and family because we were able to split the house into top and bottom and allow the teenagers to have their own space. It’s a beautiful home with lots of space so no one is ever just cramped on top of one another.
