Great Home! 5 bedroom 4 Bath, Sleeps 14. Upstairs has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 1 Queen, 2 Twins beds and 1 Queen Sofa sleeper. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 Queen beds and 2 Sets of Bunks. Upstairs has two flat screen televisions and downstairs has two flat screen television. Televisions are YouTube streaming only. Each level has washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, microwave, disposal. Upstairs has a 12 cup coffee pot as well as k-cup. Downstairs has a 12 cup coffee pot. Upstairs bath rooms both have shower/tub combos. Downstairs bathroom has one shower/tub combo and other is just a shower. Concrete drive, enclosed outside shower, outdoor furniture, covered patio area downstairs, large covered porch upstairs, ceiling fans, all new tile floors. Upstairs living room has sofa, love seat and two chairs. Downstairs living room has sofa and love seat. Upstairs dining room seats five and downstairs seats 6. Pet friendly dogs only under 25 pounds No Smoking. Free WIFI is also available. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocceball courts, 1 pickleball court, and two tennis courts.

Our two families (11 people)rented the entire home the week of Easter and it was very nice and clean. Kitchens are fully equipped, and the home is super convenient to groceries, shopping, and attractions. We rented golf carts which were so fun and the private access to the beach was amazing - and only 3 minutes from this house. Everyone loved the pools and we played basketball and kickball at the athletic fields. The managers were great and the people that live at Oceanside Village are so friendly. We absolutely had a wonderful vacation and will be back after school gets out. Thank you for sharing your family friendly community with us!

The house is perfect for my kids and family because we were able to split the house into top and bottom and allow the teenagers to have their own space. It’s a beautiful home with lots of space so no one is ever just cramped on top of one another.
