2 Bedroom, 2 Bath upstairs portion of home, Sleeps 6. 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa, side by side washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, disposal, crock pot, 12 cup coffee maker and k-cup coffee maker and 2 slot toaster. Living room and master bedroom both have smart televisions with cable access. Only 2 televisions upstairs. Living room has a sofa, love seat and 2 chairs. Dining room table seats five. Both bathrooms have a shower/tub combo. Breakfast bar seats another 3 people. Twin bedroom has French doors leading to outside deck, enclosed outside shower shared with downstairs, concrete driveway, outdoor furniture that includes 3 chairs, love seat, two chairs and table. Ceiling fans through out the house. Dogs only under 25 allowed, No Smoking. WIFI is available. GREAT HOME WITH GREAT LOCATION!

We enjoyed this rental very much. It was so clean! Everything we needed was there. The location is excellent . We have 2 dogs and being so close to the grassed and large pet area was certainly a plus.
The office staff was so friendly and efficient. We had one minor incident and within 2 hours it was rectified.
Oceanside Village itself is wonderful. Clean, safe. All the dog owners are respectful keeping their dogs on leads and cleaning up.
We really enjoyed the huge deck.
The beach is outstanding and such a plus having our own parking.
The only addition that would be nice , would be use of a golf cart.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Very clean and functional. However the sofa bed was an absolute nightmare! You could feel every spring! My granddaughter complained of her back hurting in the mornings! She is 7! Loved the location of the property!

This was a great house for a large family. We have 4 grown kids with 2 of them married and this home gave us plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their stay. The home is in great condition and we would book it again. The home is just a short golf cart ride to the beach. The only drawback is there is only room for a couple of vehicles. There was a covered golf cart in one of the spot that I assume was the owners so there was only really room for 1 car and everyone else had to park in overflow.

We have had an all good experience this year compared to last? This year's rental is clean, well maintained, and a pleasure to stay in. The problems we encountered were minor and easy to live with. I will report them when we check out. We will be back next winter and will look forward to staying here again!
