Kingfisher is at the end of the lane very quiet. House was in great shape and perfect for our stay everything you will need for your stay at oceanside village. We have been coming to Oceanside village for around 15 years, this was one of our favorite stays. Very close to ocean we walked most days. Only negative is parking was a little tight, but we only brought one car so no issue for us. We use Rose for our stays and they are excellent to work with perfect people perfect place.

Really nice place to stay. Nice and clean. Everything there that you would ever need. Located close to beach access. Parking is a little tight if you have a large vehicle but was fine. Felt like home when I stayed there. I would recommend this place and I would stay there again

We had a wonderful time. The house was adequately furnished with everything we needed. My grand babies loved the pool, and the Wednesday Ice Cream social. Walking distance to ocean, although we did reserve a golf cart. Loved the fenced in community, with security.
The only problem we had was the second tv in bedroom would not work. We called office on night of check in, and someone was supposed to come the next day and repair, which never happened.

Place was nice inside and outside. Quiet end of culdesac. Nice screened in porch and nice inside with lots of space.
Two small issues:
Almost every electrical outlet in the house is worn out and plugs fall right out of the outlets.
The mattresses are very worn out especially the master bedroom mattress. Probably the worst mattress i have ever slept on. Every spring creaks in the entire mattress.

The Vacation Rental House was amazing. The was set up very nice and our stay was great. Love sitting on the Screen Porch in the evening and watching the sun go down. We would highly recommend this house and community to anyone. We will be back.

We moved to this home after a one night stay in a horrible one a few streets over... dirty, moldy. Blah blah blah. This house was all we could’ve hoped for (we have stayed in Oceanside for 9 years)
The house was fully stocked with everything one could need. Between kitchen stuff, kid stuff (toys/pack and play/ monitor), bathroom needs.. it was clean, comfy, spacious.. we loved our stay here so much and because I rented through rose realty I wasn’t sure how to review (usually I review on Airbnb) so I was thrilled to get this email. My family ended up adding on an extra night! Only downfall was no golf cart, but we were able to rent one through the park. Thanks so much for all the members!

We had a great time, we were very close to the beach. It was a great location. The home was a very well stocked home, it had about everything needed.
The home was in need of a bit better cleaning, needed dusted in places and at the edges of carpet where it meets the wall needed vacuumed, other than those couple things we loved the home, the porch was a great addition, very relaxing!!

We had a pleasant stay. The only problem was the master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. The whole bed shook when you moved and the mattress rolled to the middle.

grandson first time at the beach every morning we could walk to the beach. place was great location.jerry and marjorie next door told where we could fill propane tank and good seafood locations.

The beach house was as described. Clean comfortable and well maintained. There were beach toys and even beach chairs for our use! That was an unexpected treat! Easy access to the beach and pools. May places in the area to eat. Best pizza is Bentino’s and the most delicious ice cream is Painter homemade ice cream!! The outlet malls are a great place for shopping. Mini golf anyone?! Yes please also a great family time to have!!

Great location, great place to stay, very nice neighbors! Everything about this house is nice and it has everything you could need. It does have a one car carport that is not in the pictures that was a big plus since I drove down a Jeep Wrangler so I didn't have to worry about the top. The pictures of this house don't do it justice. I plan on staying in this house again next year!

1819 Kingfisher was a perfect house for a family of five or six. Short walk to beach and pools. Cable TV. Cordial neighbors. Beach equipment available to us on porch.
