3 Bedroom 2 Bath, sleeps 6 Upstairs only of pier home. Master bedroom has a queen bed with jack and jill bathroom. Bathroom has a shower/tub combo. 2nd bedroom has a double bed with jack and jill bathroom. Bathroom has a shower only. Third bedroom has a single bed with trundle bed under that converts into a single bed. Third bedroom has a flat screen television. House sleeps 6. Living room has a sofa with two chairs. Living room also has a flat screen television. Dining room table seats 4. Four bar stools are also available at kitchen counter. Kitchen is completely furnished with regular coffee pot, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, icemaker, garbage disposal and electric can opener. Carolina room has a foosball table for family to enjoy. Carolina room also includes furniture. Side by side washer and dryer are in the home. Home has concrete driveway, carport and outside shower. Deck includes table with seating for four, umbrella and grill. WiFi is available. Full time tenant is downstairs. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard court, two bocceball courts, pickleball court, and two tennis courts. Golf carts can be rented through the Oceanside Village Office. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.
