3 Bedroom, 2 bath, 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins, 1 queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps 8. Unit is a second floor end unit. Elevator is available for use. Fully furnished unit that includes side by side washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, stove, refrigerator, blender, 4 slot toaster and 12 cup coffee pot as well as k-cup coffee pot. 4 flat screen TV's, DVD, large spacious floor plan, large balcony with love seat, table and two chairs, great family friendly area amenities. WIFI. Dining room seats 6 people. Master bathroom has a double sink with a glass shower only. Hall bathroom has one sink with a shower/tub combo. Iron and ironing board are also available for renters to use. View of fountains from balcony and master bedroom windows. **NO SMOKING** Enjoy the gym, indoor pool, outdoor, brand new pickleball courts and common grill area when you stay. Also make sure you check out the executive golf course, three par and disc golf. The three par is lighted at night. Golf passes available for weekly and monthly stays only. Coupons available for stays less then seven days. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.

The condo was nice & well maintained. We stayed in this particular condo because they permitted dogs. It was exactly as depicted on the booking website. We did have one issue that we reported post check in & it was resolved promptly by the rental company. It was quiet & easy to find a parking spot. The pool was nice & typically not very crowded. We did like the location as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent pet friendly end unit with a good size balcony near the fountain. Plenty of room for all guests. The master bedroom was very nice. We love Tupelo because of the great pools, fitness center and east drive to beach. The only thing I’d suggest is investing in some nicer furniture for the balcony. Very nice end unit!

You have to start with Mary Hines she made my life easier from start to finish. All the staff which I couldn't name was more than cooperative and friendly.I certainly will refer the Villas to everyone.

Good. Its kind of like going to your grandparents house. There are neighbors you see while you are there and the environment is quiet and relaxed, away from the traffic on the highway. Second time at Tupelo Bay and we enjoyed both times we have been there. The only gripe I have is that the linens(bed sheets, pillow cases, towels and washcloths) weren't provided without a $128 additional charge. They should come with the room for the price guys.

Staff very nice and helpful. Unit is nice, clean, and well maintained. Property is beautiful and pool area is very nice. We had a large group with us and used the grill area one night and it accommodated us all very nicely. Location is close to beach and all attractions. Would definitely recommend this property.

We’ve stayed at several Tupalo units over the years. This was by far the largest unit we’ve ever stayed in. Very open space and lots of room. Location was perfect. However, the two bedrooms that are close to the front door REALLY need curtains. The light from the night lights outside came in and was too bright to sleep well at night and didn’t keep out the morning sun. One of the blinds was broken in the twin bedroom. All Mattresses need an upgrade. I would recommend bringing your own bathroom towels because the agency ones were thin and sandpaperish. (However, we were supplied with plenty of towels.) The carpet needs to be replaced. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was nice to have a full laundry room with large washer/dryer. For as much as we were paying per night, I expected better attention to detail for guests.

The only issue was we had no internet and television for two days during our stay. We had to call many different people to resolve the issue.

Very big spacious modern condo with everything we needed in a great location

This is a very friendly community. We enjoyed our spacious condo and view of the pond with fountain. I appreciated the indoor pool and meeting friends there to exercise in the water. My husband worked out on the equipment in the exercise room. Golfing was great. The location was great, many good restaurants and shopping close by.
