3 Bedroom, 2 Bath villa, Sleeps 8. 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. Sleeps 8. Lovely golf villa with all new furnishings. Owner just put brand new carpets in the condo. Living room has sofa, love seat and two chairs. Also included is 3 end tables and coffee table. Television stand with flat screen mounted to the wall. Dining room has four chairs and bench seat. Dining room seats 6 people. Three bar stools are also available at the kitchen counter. Fully stocked kitchen with a Microwave, Garbage Disposal, Dishwasher, Ice maker, refrigerator, chopper, hand mixer, blender, 4 slot toaster, 12 cup coffee pot and Keurig machine as well. Master bathroom has double sinks with a shower only. Hall bathroom has tub/shower combo. Queen bedroom has large closet with a flat screen television. Twin bedroom also has a large closet with flat screen television. Also includes Stackable Washer and Dryer, free WIFI, and balcony with four chairs and two tables. This is a second floor corner unit with water views and views of the driving range. Elevator is available. **No Smoking and no pets** Enjoy the gym, indoor pool, outdoor, brand new pickleball courts and common grill area when you stay. Also make sure you check out the executive golf course, three par and disc golf. The three par is lighted at night. No smoking or pets allowed. Golf passes available for weekly and monthly renters. Coupons available for renters staying less then seven nights. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.

This was our third stay at Tupelo Bay villas. The villa was clean and we love all of the amenities. My boys love the golf and and foot golf. We grilled out using the charcoal grills, and played putt putt on site as well! The staff at Rose Real Estate is awesome!

Tupelo Bay is in a GREAT location with all the eminities you need for an enjoyable stay. We used the pool, workout room and enjoyed walks and bike rides through the area without any safety concerns. It is close to the beach (with a service available to pick up or deliver to), restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment,e etc. We have been staying there for the last 5 years without issue. Plan to go again enext year!!

The entire experience was stress free, from booking to paying to checking in. The condo was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. My only wish would have been easier access to a red light for the golf cart that we rented to cross the main road to get to the beach side. The pools and gym area were all top notch. Also shout out to Steve, our shuttle driver, he was great!

We have stayed at Tupelo Bay for the last 5 Summers. Each time it has been a very pleasant event. The Condo's are very clean and neat. The Indoor and Outdoor Pool are very beneficial when you don't want to deal with the sand and the Workout room has most any type of equipment you need to get in a basic workout. When you add in the Golf courses, Putt-putt and the Ice Cream shop it's hard to beat.

The only problem we had was some minor things in the kitchen which we called about on Sunday after our arrival. None of the problems were addressed so we told them that when we checked out. Apparently the person we told about the problems never wrote it in their book of jobs to be done.

We thoroughly enjoyed our rental if this property. It is clean, well stocked and has a lovely view of the driving range. I sat out in the balcony for hours reading. We are so happy we can book it again for next year.

We had an incredible time at the Tupelo Bay Resort! My daughter and her husband live within a mile of the resort, so2 of our other children stayed here with us and it was all we could ask for. We used the Executive Golf Course at a very reasonable price, several of our party, including me, used the work out area and were very impressed. When it rained we took the children to the pool area and used the inside and outside pools. Several of the grandchildren played Put-Put on the small course near the pool.
The condo was very clean and appropriately decorated. The open area was large enough for all to gather for fun and games.
This is the second time I've rented here twice and both times were very enjoyable experiences. The staff was also very responsive and helpful.
