Welcome to your perfect beach getaway in Oceanside Village! This beautifully maintained 2-bedroom, 2-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and offers everything you need for a relaxing coastal vacation.
The spacious primary bedroom features a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes two double beds, making it ideal for families or groups. A queen sleeper sofa in the large living room provides additional sleeping space for extra guests. The hallway bathroom offers a convenient shower/tub combination.
Designed for comfort and convenience, the home is fully furnished and equipped with all the essentials, including a washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, free WIFI, and three flat-screen TVs. Hardwood floors run throughout the home, creating a clean and inviting atmosphere. A new roof was installed in late 2021 for added peace of mind.
Step outside and enjoy the private fenced backyard, perfect for small dogs, along with a large deck, gas grill, and concrete driveway for easy parking. This is a non-smoking property and includes a Ring camera for added security.
As a guest of Oceanside Village, you'll also enjoy access to fantastic community amenities, including private beachfront parking with outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor and outdoor pools with hot tubs, a kids’ splash pad, playground, volleyball and basketball courts, bocce ball courts, pickleball court, and two tennis courts.
Small dogs are welcome. Please note that linens are not included but may be added through an optional linen package. Golf carts can be rented through the Oceanside Village Office.

The house is so awesome. Very clean and up to date for a great stay at the beach. Very close to pools, park and the ocean. Everything is within walking distance.

We had a wonderful time staying at 1721 Gannet. We had no issues with our rental and each time I contacted Rose Real Estate prior to our visit, they were very helpful. This was my 3rd vacation within Ocean Side Village, and it definitely will not be my last.

Come here every year and have been for 15 years other than a couple of skipped years. It is the perfect place if you have young kids because all the things there is to do on the inside. The front desk staff and any other staff that I have had interaction, have been amazing and very kind and caring. It's a very wonderful spot

As always, we had a wonderful time at the beach and in OSV. Such a nice beach community. The house was a classic beach house feel and had all we needed. Comfy bed. Nice sofa. Appliances worked as promised. Only negative would be the floor in the one bathroom needed work. It could use a little cleaning up as far as decor. But we would stay again.

Loved our stay! The house was perfect. The fenced in backyard was perfect for my dogs. I didn't have to worry they'd get out and get lost. Very secure and I loved sitting on the deck with them. Very relaxing. Kitchen had anything you'd need to cook meals. The couch was to die for!!! Large and so comfortable. The HUGE tv was nice on the 2 rainy days we had. Love this place and will definitely stay here again. Mary with Rose Realty was exceptional and I enjoyed working with her.

This house was perfect for our family. The rental was very clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! We plan on renting again next year.

We had a great stay. Had everything we needed. As far as the home, I would suggest updating the couch & lovseat. They were both a bit dirty on the arms and were sticky feeling.The fireplace heater would just randomly come on blowing hot air.Our biggest issue (WHICH WAS NO FAULT OF THE OWNER) was the yard.The backyard grass was very high and the patio was completely covered with weeds & grass.I pulled up all the weeds and grass from the patio so that I could at least see where I was standing while the dog pottied.The contracted mowing company came while we were there.They left more unmowed than mowed & no weedeating was done, they blew what grass they did mow was blown back onto the patio.Overall,the home was plenty big,had everything,was clean & safe.Best of all, we were able to bring our small dachshund mix.

Loved the house and location. Very neat setup with a new addition for a living room and seemed to be a recent remodel. The air conditioning could not keep up. There were torrential rains that caused a leak where the new addition was added on. Assuming the leak is repaired and if the AC was improved this is a perfect place for a small family with a pet. Rose realty was quick to respond by relocating us. They could not have been any better with this situation. I would recommend Rose realty to anyone needing a vacation rental, They were absolutely great and a special thanks to Mary Hines who helped us out.
