2 Bedroom 2 Bath home. 1 Queen, 2 Doubles and queen sleeper sofa. sleeps 8. Master bedroom has a queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower only. Second bedroom has two double beds. Hallway bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Large living room for guests to relax. New roof put on at the end of summer 2021. Fully furnished and fully equipped with washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, free WiFi, 3 flat screen TVs. Concrete driveway to park at the house. Gas grill, large deck and fenced in backyard and is great for small dogs. The property allows small dogs. House has all hardwood floors. Non Smoking. House does have a ring camera. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocce ball courts, pickleball court, and two tennis courts. Small Dog Allowed. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.

As always, we had a wonderful time at the beach and in OSV. Such a nice beach community. The house was a classic beach house feel and had all we needed. Comfy bed. Nice sofa. Appliances worked as promised. Only negative would be the floor in the one bathroom needed work. It could use a little cleaning up as far as decor. But we would stay again.

Loved our stay! The house was perfect. The fenced in backyard was perfect for my dogs. I didn't have to worry they'd get out and get lost. Very secure and I loved sitting on the deck with them. Very relaxing. Kitchen had anything you'd need to cook meals. The couch was to die for!!! Large and so comfortable. The HUGE tv was nice on the 2 rainy days we had. Love this place and will definitely stay here again. Mary with Rose Realty was exceptional and I enjoyed working with her.

Everything was great from the check in too check out! House was comfortable and well maintained. We had no issues. We will return to oceanside village next as we have the past 15 yrs.

This house was perfect for our family. The rental was very clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! We plan on renting again next year.

We had a great stay. Had everything we needed. As far as the home, I would suggest updating the couch & lovseat. They were both a bit dirty on the arms and were sticky feeling.The fireplace heater would just randomly come on blowing hot air.Our biggest issue (WHICH WAS NO FAULT OF THE OWNER) was the yard.The backyard grass was very high and the patio was completely covered with weeds & grass.I pulled up all the weeds and grass from the patio so that I could at least see where I was standing while the dog pottied.The contracted mowing company came while we were there.They left more unmowed than mowed & no weedeating was done, they blew what grass they did mow was blown back onto the patio.Overall,the home was plenty big,had everything,was clean & safe.Best of all, we were able to bring our small dachshund mix.

Loved the house and location. Very neat setup with a new addition for a living room and seemed to be a recent remodel. The air conditioning could not keep up. There were torrential rains that caused a leak where the new addition was added on. Assuming the leak is repaired and if the AC was improved this is a perfect place for a small family with a pet. Rose realty was quick to respond by relocating us. They could not have been any better with this situation. I would recommend Rose realty to anyone needing a vacation rental, They were absolutely great and a special thanks to Mary Hines who helped us out.
