We had an amazing time while vacationing here. We were able to get into our house before 2! It smelled great and was very nice and clean! The staff were so nice. We love vacationing here and we are already looking forward to next year!

Cute little house with basically everything you need. The back deck was nice. The parking is a little odd, but we had plenty of room for 2 cars and a golf cart. My only issue was that our trash was rolled out to the street for us, with no warning, the morning before trash day, so for the rest of the day we had to walk all the way out to the main street with any bags we had. I would have preferred to roll it out myself that afternoon/night, especially given that we also had a phone call reminder. We are a family of 6, so we had a lot of trash.

The maintenance crew in Oceanside Village always takes the cans to the curb as they trash truck cannot get around Gull. I will address that with the maintenance supervisor.

This was my family’s 4th year staying in Oceanside Village. We absolutely loved this house! Perfect layout, lots of space for everyone & very close to the beach! We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings & evenings. This is also very close walking distance to the indoor pool, this was great on the one rainy day we had! I would definitely recommend this house & stay again!

This rental was just what we needed for a long stay while house hunting. The beach house had everything we needed for our stay and made it very relaxing. This house offers a very short walk to the beach to catch the sunrise or sitting on the patio enjoying lunch. Would recommend this place and would gladly stay again.

This place was great! Very clean! I will definitely be renting this place again on my next visit. Loved the deck with the fire pit! We did have an issue with the one toilet but it was fixed very fast. The people at Rose Real Estate were so pleasant and very friendly. I would 100% recommend this place and using Rose Real Estate.

We felt at home once we unpacked. The staff was awesome and always available for help or questions. Proximity to the beach was great, we totally enjoyed ourselves. Wish the kitchen was a bit more stocked with usable items, but we made it work.

The home was in a perfect location to local restaurants, shopping, activities, and easy access to the beach with private parking. The home was clean, had all the room our family needed, and was in great shape! We liked the gated entrances for more security. The property has pools, a playground, fishing, bark parks, and lots of other activities! Everyone was so nice and friendly! We will definitely be staying here on our return trips to Surfside! And everyone needs to go to The Golden Egg Pancake House for breakfast!! ��

Very nice furniture is very uncomfortable if staying for 3 months deck has 2 holes that need to be fixed need 2 recliners for long stays

Very cute little cottage type vacation home. Updated kitchen was a bonus although we wish it had a garbage disposal. Large patio was very nice to have lunch out on in the nice weather but a few spots need repairs. Home is fully stocked with all the things you think you need while away from home. Rose realty is phenomenal to work with!!! They are kind and hospitable. Their customer service overall is outstanding. We had a minor issue with an outlet not working and maintenance was at the house within a couple hours. Location is a short walk from the beach, park for the kids, and other amenities Oceanside Village has to offer. I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness but the floors could have used a good mopping and they’re difficult to clean in general.

Our family of 5 (3 kids under 5 years old) loved our stay here! Booking was smooth with the Rose Team. Once we arrived, they were so helpful to explain things and help us. The home was clean. Plenty of kitchen utensils and pans, the grill worked great- we did all of our cooking at home during our stay. Very nice having 3 bathrooms, and the rooms were a nice size. The master bedroom had a closet large enough to have the pack-n-play for our baby and still have a chair in there to nurse her at night. The bar stools definitely help for additional seating since the table is only for 4. It worked well for us. Our favorite feature would be the side deck. We loved unwinding there after putting the kids to bed and enjoying the warmth of the fire table. It felt so private with the tall trees around. The location is wonderful- we rented a golf cart (which was super fun for the kids) and it made getting around a breeze. Very close to the beach access and pools, but I wouldn’t want to walk it with all the ‘stuff’ kids require. Considering we visited during this “Covid Fall,” we also really appreciated the private beach and restrooms at the parking area. They were always stocked with soap and paper towels. We also really appreciated the library in the community. Our kids love books- I didn’t pack any and just crossed my fingers that the Library would have something. We visited 3 times to swap for more books and their staff was so sweet to our little readers. We took our 5 year old fishing at one of the stocked ponds, and he had a blast catching so many fish so quickly! We fed the turtles one day and loved seeing the swans.

Great experience. This was our 3rd time in Oceanside Village, but first in this house. This was our best stay yet! The folks at the Rose Real Estate office are the best and came through for us too on some needed items to send back home while we were gone! Couldn’t recommend them enough!
