Only three short blocks from the ocean!!! Home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. First bedroom has a queen bed and second bedroom has a double bed. Sofa bed converts to queen sleeper sofa.The unit sleeps 6. Three flat screen televisions and internet service. Unit is completely furnished with ceiling fans. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, icemaker, 12 cup coffee pot, Keurig coffee pot, 2 slot toaster, blender, electric can opener, toaster oven with side by side washer and dryer. Both bathrooms have stand up showers. Handicap ramp is available. Two decks are available with outdoor furniture. No pets or smoking allowed. Concrete driveway. Neighborhood amenities include, two outdoor pools with splash-pad, indoor pool, playground, basketball court, boche ball, two tennis courts, pickleball court, shuffleboard, fishing, fitness center, golf cart rental and private golf cart parking at ocean. Linens are not included but can but linen package can be purchased.

This house was perfect for me and my friend! Two bedrooms and two bathrooms! Perfect! Loved the location - just a short walk to the beach!

We have stayed at Melody Gardens many times, beautiful, quiet and peaceful place. Rose Reality has always been very helpful and thoughtful in making sure we have a safe and enjoyable time during our times there. The location we stayed this time was perfect for walking to the beach, the air conditioning was perfect and all the appliances worked great. We had a couple concerns we shared with Rose Reality and they passed on the information to the owner of the home. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub during our stay, but we spent a lot more time at the beach because of the awesome weather we had. We enjoyed breakfast at the Waffle House, ice cream at Stella’s, so many places to shop. All in all we had a wonderful time the two weeks we were there and we didn’t want to leave, looking forward to more vacations with Rose Reality, thank you, Steve and Bea Shaner

food stains on upholstered dining chairs, curtains had grease spots weeds on back deck, 2 dead palmetto bugs on floor one in open view in living room, floor where house comes together seems worse than last year carpet needs updating

We had a lovely time in this little beach house. Enjoyed walking to the beach & the Conch Cafe. Only complaint we have is we ran out of hot water taking showers. Only 2 of us could shower when we came off the beach. This would be perfect for a couple but there were 4 of us.

Our family had a great time. Location was great access to beach was great hospitality of the community was fantastic. Everybody was super friendly overall was fantastic. Only complaint I would have was lack of material items. Only being there a week were only supplied with one trash bag and 2 rolls of toilet paper one for each bathroom. I don't think for the cost of the condo you should be expected to buy a whole pack of toilet paper or box of trash bags exc. This would be the only complaint cost of rental would think it would be better supplied.

We call this the sandwich house because of how it is set up with bedrooms on both ends and a nice table in the middle. This house is good for 2 people. Any more would feel crowded. The location is good. The street was quiet.

We were very comfortable in our rental. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the property was clean and well maintained. There were plenty of dishes, pots and pans,and utensils. The smooth top stove and the ice dispenser on the refrigerator were a plus. A newer coffee pot would be great.
