Smelly, not clean and old. No maintenance done on the property in a very long time. Cold water only to wash your clothes. Rose Reality office staff is always helpful and professional

This property we stayed in was perfect for us. It was very clean, and had everything that we needed for an enjoyable vacation.The property is located maybe 5 minutes from the beach. There are all kinds of amenities available from an indoor pool, outdoor pool, splash pad for the kids, and playgrounds and ball fields.The reservation process, check-in and check-out were all completely seamless and pain-free! I'm looking forward to my next stay at Oceanside Village.

Reservations and Check-in/Check-out was easy through the nice people at Rose Real Estate. A great rental for our family of 6. Plenty of room for everyone. All amenities were as advertised. House was clean. Have rented here in Oceanside Village in the past and have never been disappointed. Always feel safe due to security onsite and gated community. Activities for everyone young and old. Had a great time at the beach this year. Look forward to our next trip to Oceanside Village.

We enjoyed a week here in March, and had a great time. The house is cozy, has a great kitchen and living room (lots of windows and light), and overall was excellent. The furniture in the bedrooms is older, but the beds were comfortable, which is what really matters.
Hot water was an issue a couple of times - it seems like the hot water heater maybe doesn't kick in as quickly as it should, so when it runs out, it goes fast (1 minute shower before cold). Most of the time there was plenty of hot water, however.
Overall this was a great place. Locations is excellent (just a few minutes walk to the beach, and right next door to the pool).
