3 Bedroom, 2 Bath. 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Double and 2 Set of Bunk Beds - all single beds. Sleeps 10. Fully furnished. Includes refrigerator, icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, side by side washer and dryer, 12 cup coffee pot, blender, crock pot and toaster oven. Ceiling fans throughout home. Four flat screen televisions and free WIFI. Dining room seats 6 and 4 stools at island. Master bathroom has double sink with tub/shower combo. Hall bathroom also has a tub/shower combo. Home also comes with an iron and ironing board. Outside shower to wash off after coming back from beach or pools. Carport with concrete driveway. Outdoor furniture under carport that includes table and 5 chairs along with gas grill. Home has been remodeled with all hardwood floors. One dog allowed under 20 pounds. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocceball courts, shuffleboard court, pickleball court, and two tennis courts. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.

Rose Real Estate staff were awesome!! Easy to work with. The location of the house was great! Could have been cleaner with more organization of the contents in the cupboards. Great water pressure in the showers.

Our experience was great! The beds were a little hard but I have no complaints at all. This house is in a great location, has plenty of room, was super clean. One of the best most comfortable vacations we’ve been on.

I do not often do reviews but want to help future renters. The house (559 Oceanside) is awesome! There is plenty of room and the open concept is great for a family. It was perfect for my family of 5 but would accomodate 10 people with the enclosed porch. The location is perfect because it is as close to the front gate as you can get. With a rental golfcart, it is not a far ride at all to anything you want to do. A plus for the lot is that there is not a house beside it so the porch side is private.
here was only one thing that dissapointed a bit was that the temp in the house goes up to 76-80 during the day but does go back down to 72 at night for sleeping. The AC works but the hot days were too much for it. Rose Real Estate is great to work with. Everything they promised happened and check in and out took less than 5 minutes.
The facilities at Oceanside are awesome. We have stayed elsewhere nearby and the atmosphere at Oceanside Village is much better for a family (My kids are all in their 20's). It is much quieter with way less people. The pickelball courts were available all but one time that we wanted to use them and the pool was not too busy.
I recommend renting a golf cart, but one cost saver would be to rent from Sunday to Saturday. We did not use the golf cart Saturday because we arrived at 4pm and spent the entire night settling in. There is a long line for Saturday afternoon rental, save yourself the hassle and rent on Sunday. Also, be aware that rental golf carts from Oceanside (outside rentals or owned cars are not allowed) are not allowed off property except to go to the beach. You see golf carts everywhere in Surfside and Garden City beach (at the various bars, arcades, etc...) This was a bummer for me because I wanted to take the golf cart over to Tupelo Bay to play mini-golf and to the pier area at Garden City. Golf carts owned by residents can go off property.

We loves the house, location, and almost everything about our stay! The only complaints we have is that there are no curtains in the changing area or toilet paper in the bathrooms of the indoor pool and the toddler pool wasn’t heated.The couches were great but the king sized bed and the twin beds are extremely outdated and uncomfortable. We ended up sleeping on the couches! Also, my sister cut her hand on a wire that is kind of hidden on the wall way near the closet with the cleaning supplies. We still had a great time, this is our second time at Oceanside Village this year and we loved it! Property management were so kind and everyone was very friendly. Property was clean and we loved the side yard. We even tried to extend our stay!
