3 Bedroom, 2 bath Condominium on second floor located in Southbridge Community in Surfside Beach, SC which is off of Glenn's Bay Road. 1 Queen, 2 Single and 1 Double Sleeper sofa. Sleeps 6. Three flat screen televisions. VCR and DVD are available but only in the master bedroom. Side by side washer and dryer, refrigerator that includes an icemaker, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, coffee pot, pots and pans, dishes, glasses and everything you would need to enjoy your vacation. Internet & basic cable included. Includes a sunroom that overlooks lake area. You will also have access to outdoor pool during your stay. The well maintained condominium is only 2 miles to the pier in Surfside Beach SC.

When renting this unit we knew it would be outdated but that was okay. However, a few to many issues for my liking. Shower curtain was ripped and held on by scotch tape. Same bathroom the towel rack was broken. The bed in main bedroom was not a queen as stated either double or full (if knew before hand we would not have rented this unit). Had problems with lights in middle bathroom and middle bedroom. TV did not work correctly for the first few days possibly because of storm. Some dishes in cabinets were dirty. Also nail in carpet between kitchen and dining room. Most issues were addressed when brought up, still to many. I would not recommend this unit.
