Completely remodeled. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home. Has 2 Queen beds and sleeps 4. Master bedroom has a queen bed with closet, dresser and flat screen television. Master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, closet and flat screen television. Hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Fully equipped kitchen that includes refrigerator, icemaker, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, keurig coffee pot and blender. Living room has sofa and love seat that both recline. Large television is in the living room. Dining room seats 6 and 2 bar stools are also available to use. Free WIFI is also included. Stackable washer and dryer is available for convenience. Home is a pier home that includes a deck for relaxing in the sun. Deck includes furniture. Also a carport is available to park your cars under to stay cooler on hot days. Downstairs also has a sitting area with gas grill and outside shower. Home is completely remodeled inside. No smoking or pets allowed. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, bocceball, horseshoes, and tennis. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.

Check in a breeze. The house smelled and looked clean and fresh. Easy walk to the beach. The house is well equipped. Just a very comfortable stay

Great house with a private easy drive to the beach. We loved it here. There was a little sand on the floor in a few spots, but it’s a beach house, so what else would you expect. Would definitely rent here again.

The house was clean and had an open floor plan. Centrally located in the neighborhood making the walk to amenities easy. A deep cleaning is needed for the grill which was unusable. Only one closet to hang clothes. Limited kitchen bowls and no vegetable peeler.

Great home away from home!!

We chose to return to the Avocet house after staying here over the summer. Once again it provided a comfortable and welcoming home away from home. The open floor plan makes it an ideal hang out for our family. The windows which wrap around the front rooms make it bright even on cloudy days. We love the new outdoor chairs and table, nice addition!

All in all very nice, only minor issue was the linens were not delivered so I had to call to have them sent.
