Always a great 4 months

Of the 15 or so years we've been coming to Tupelo, this unit was probably the worst stay we've had. The unit was clean, linens were adequate, however, the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, glasses, dinnerware, silverware were minimally stocked at best. We ended up having to use plastic utensils, paper plates, and plastic cups most of the time. It was a good thing we brought some of our own kitchenware with us from home. Also, the disposal didn't work, requiring a maintenance person to fix. Second, the ice maker was sorely lacking in making ice, we had to buy bags of ice to supplement. Third, there were ants in the Master Bathroom, especially when it rained. Fourth, there were only six chairs for the main dining room when the unit can support up to 8 people, which we had this trip, so the kids had to sit on stools, which didn't work out very well. Last, the middle bathroom had one towel rack, yes, just one towel rack and it was loose in the wall. And the tub drain was blocked with hair/dirt residue, which I opened up and cleaned out so it would drain properly. No, not a unit we would stay in again unless we had no other alternative. Hopefully you can send this message along to the owners.
We will say in conclusion that Mary in the office was wonderful again as she always is. She bailed us out by letting us use her Shrimp/Crab pot so we could have our traditional shrimp and crab dinners several times during the stay. Thank-you Mary!

Not enough kitchen supplies for 6 people,BBQ outside not very clean and you bring your own charcoal and then to find someone else used it all up and your stuck with none.Overall it was a great place

What a wonderful vacation experience! This rental is spacious and inviting, with fresh, beautiful coastal decor. Perfectly outfitted and extremely comfortable for vacation living. Location is great, quiet and relaxed, natural setting yet very close to beach, restaurants, shopping, activities. Tupelo Bay provides excellent amenities- beautiful pools, large workout gym, tennis, resort golf facilities, all just steps away. Booked with ease- clear and pleasant communications from start to finish. We would easily recommend this rental, and look forward to returning again soon!
