First I would like to say that I love Tupelo Bay. The was my 1st experience renting from a rental company as I usually rent directly from owners. You could definitely tell this property was managed by a rental company. Scuff marks on walls and dusty lamps. Carpets were stained. Would I stay here again absolutely.

Really enjoyed this weeks stay in a beautiful spacious clean condo. Quiet and all appliances and a/c worked great. Convenient location with very nice pools. Only things that may need some work were need some larger keavy duty skillets and the mattresses hurt some of our backs. Overall wonderful and rose realty was great as usual

The place was great very clean the beds were comfortable. We just needed a blow dryer. I never bring mine because there is usually one available. The pool was great we would definitely stay at Tupelo Bay again.

Really great time this year; condo was well stocked with kitchen utensils, etc.; clean and roomy. As usual the staff at Rose, especially Mary and Eddie were fantastic at check-in and when we had a few issues at the condo, they were very responsive, especially Mary.

The condos were perfect for our family. The amenities were wonderful. Rose Realty went over and above to help us. They even helped me get a wheelchair delivered for my dad to be able to go to the beach. We would stay here again.

My wife and I just returned home from two months at Tupelo Bay. October and November were great. The villa is spacious-very open layout- and the 4 bedrooms mean that we can invite our adult children to come visit us. Three bathrooms are very convenient for us when they visit. The porch is nice for morning coffee and, if it's not too cool, we have dinner there. An added bonus is the Carolina room- my wife loves it for reading. When my grandchildren are here, they like to play their video games in there. The large dining table seats 8, so we can all have our meals together. Great local places to eat: Mondays- Surfside Charlies-great $5 burgers. River City- wonderful Reuben's. Breakfast or lunch at The Golden Egg - always a hit!
Ask for one of Beth's tables- she is a tremendous server.
Villa 1007 is on the last row of condos, so not as much traffic as the first ones- that's nice. Very calm location.

We are never disappointed when we stay in this beautiful condo. With four bedrooms, 3 baths, a Carolina room, and a porch--there is plenty of room for everyone (2400 sq. feet). The condo is located across from the amenities center, another added plus!

We loved our stay in this charming condo. The layout of it is perfect for multiple family groups. We enjoyed the balcony as well, every morning we were out there looking at the turtles! The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking which made our stay that much easier! We will be back!

All in all a very nice stay, the condo was very clean and well kept. The only gripe would be a lack of kitchen accessories, dinnerware, pots, pans, dishes, which seems to be more and more the case, so much so, we now bring 2 bins of kitchen stuff with us. Shouldn't have to be that way.
However, the front desk staff was as wonderful as always, Mary, Kaylee, and the rest of the team!

Rose Realty provide excellent service before and during our stay. We received a call from them to let us know that our condo was ready before the actual check in time. When we arrived to pick up our info, the staff was very kind and courteous. We purchased the linen package and it was there when we got there. The condo was just as described. It was clean and ready for us. We got a call the day after arrival to make sure that everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. We were very happy with everything.

first time staying in this unit. building very quiet; furnishings were as shown; while we did not use all 4 bedrooms, the spacious living room, dining area and Carolina room were advantageous and comfortable. Kitchen could use serving bowls(non- plastic) and one or 2 casserole dishes, along with pizza tray and cutter. Staying next to Tupelo Golf Center is perfect for our spring vacation.

This was our first time in the Garden City area . The condo was comfortable and quiet but the Garden City area is very busy and we were not walking distance from beach. We drove each day to Litchfield Beach. We enjoyed that beach much more than Garden City.
The condo was fresh and updated, although it would have been nice if ceiling fans, headboards, baseboards, and chair rail mounding would have been dusted. I really like the sunroom and would love to see a pull-out couch in there. Also, it would be helpful to have a foot shower/rinse off area at the condo.

The villa was just as described and a great place to stay. It was very spacious and provided enough room for our family of 6 adults and 2 children.
