Absolutely lovely home in great condition. Updated kitchen was perfect for our chef family. Mattresses were firmer than we prefer so bring a mattress pad if you like a softer sleep.

We love coming to Oceanside Village every year and have fallen in love with this property on Mason Circle. Rose Real Estate is exceptional in handling all the reservations and we don't see ourselves ever going anywhere else.

The booking, check in process was wonderful. Rose Reality is on top of things super nice to work with!!
Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 nights because of hurricane Debbi. We would defiantly recommend and stay again! We were very disappointed with the weather but understand it's out of our control. Next time I will get travel insurance!

The house was amazing. All updated interior except for the master bed. It seemed it was out of an old hospital as it was on wheels and very squeaky and uncomfortable.

Overall we were satisfied with our stay at 1621 Mason.The location was perfect,we always try to get in that general area. The condition of the home overall is fine.You have updated appliances and furniture except for the BEDS.The beds are my only major complaint. due to cheap mattress I would generally end up on the sofa.

1621 Mason Circle was a wonderful place to stay. The back deck with the view o the pond made it! Very relaxing. The house wasn't completely cleaned when we arrived. The house was very spacious however the beds were a bit rough.

For the most part It was amazing! However we arrived on time our dwelling was not ready! We understand that staff shortages are a common problem these days and we are sure that Roe Reality made every effort to accommodate us. Our place was clean and inviting! The view from our deck was peaceful and relaxing! Our master bedroom and bed were very comfortable!

The house was neat and clean. We did have a plumbing problem with the system backing up. The plumber did come out the next day. But it was a temporary fix. Other than that we like the house.

This was our 5th year vacationing in Oceanside Village and we highly recommend it! We've stayed in 3 different homes and all exceeded our expectations. The staff has always been friendly, patient and helpful upon check in. When maintenance issues arose, they were quick to respond and request repairs. One of our favorite things to do is go to the beach on our rented golf cart and also take rides in the community after dinner. The private oceanfront parking is sooo convenient and you don't have to ride around looking for somewhere to park for a day at the beach. We have found that the full time residents are welcoming, cordial and inviting too. I can see this continuing to be our permanent summer vacation spot in the future. I urge you to try them out. You will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful vacation in this spotless home!! Our family of 5 felt extremely comfortable in this tastefully remodeled rental. We loved watching the turtles in the creek from the large deck, swimming in the clean indoor and outdoor pools, and relaxing at the ocean every day. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed cruising around the gated community and parking at the oceanfront lot dedicated to Oceanside Village. We can't wait to come back and would highly recommend this beautiful property!!!
