Home has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms with all the comforts of home that sleeps 10 people. Pets are also accepted!! 1 queen bedroom has its own private bathroom and is accessed from the porch. The bedroom is not accessible from inside the house. 2nd bedroom has a queen bedroom. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with 1/2 bath. 4th bedroom has a set of bunk beds. One bathroom is located outside the bunk bedroom and final bathroom is right outside queen bedroom. Home also has a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, toaster and a coffee maker. All the dishes, cutlery and pots and pans you need are provided. The breakfast bar is a convenient place for more seating. Four stools and two chairs are at the bar area. The living room has a couch with a pull-out queen-size bed. There is one television in the living room. There is also wireless Internet. A screened in porch is locates across a large portion of the front of the home. You overlook the ball field area. There is a outdoor shower behind the home. They also provide a gas grill and it was just purchased. Concrete driveway available for parking. Home has brand new furniture. The home is directly across from the basketball courts. Stackable washer and dryer. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocceball courts, 1 pickleball court, and two tennis courts. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.

This place has suited my family, the best as far as space, having four bedrooms with 3 1/2 bathrooms, when it came to the kitchen, there was plenty of cookware we enjoyed cooking on vacation. The front screened in porch was probably one of the best used features. I was worried about the only being one TV but honestly, it just forced us to spend some more time together, which I think we all really enjoyed.

The home is in need of a good top to bottom cleaning. We contacted Rose Real Estate and they sent the cleaning crew back out to get about an inch of dirt & hair out from under our bed. The property has a great location if you have young children that want to be near the playground and basketball court. However, be prepared for lots of noise and it has the main drive for the golf cart riders at night! The kitchen doesn't have much prep room for cooking but we made do. Our air conditioner in the separate bedroom was cooling perfectly for the first 3 days but stopped cooling mid week.Rose immediately sent a repairman out but he seemed to think it was normal for the air to not be cooling due to the temperature outside. So we got to stay in an 80 degree room. There was also a short in the laundry room light and the dryer handle was missing. I also failed to notice that there was only 1 tv in the house. We went out & bought a tv. We were happy to get a July 4th week but the house was not quite what we expected.

The house is falling apart. First thing we couldn’t get into the house until 6pm. 2 hours later then the 4 pm check in time. Toilet was leaking water everywhere. The countertop on the island in the kitchen was loose that when you slightly leaned on it it would fling your plate of food to the ground. Breaker kept tripping in the one room. Bought linens package and didn’t receive until the next afternoon. Had to sleep on top bed with nothing the first night. Dishwasher doesn’t open or close correctly. Been coming to Oceanside village for years. Seems it’s time to go elsewhere.

Smoothe rental experience with the exception of check-in time. We were not allowed to get the keys to the home until 5:17pm. We were expecting to check-in at 3pm. We had to wait on clean up crew.

Another great trip to Oceanside Village in Surfside beach. House was great, location was wonderful. We really enjoyed sitting in the screened porch in the evenings after spending the days on the beach.

The rental is in a great local if you have children who love to play at the park. Although be mindful that the road is very close to the house. Nice large screened porch. Very close to the indoor pool , about a block from outdoor pool. Could use a few updates but clean and comfortable 4 bd, 3 1/2 ba.

Our vacation was wonderful! Perfect location with kids. Not far from either pool. Across from park and basketball courts! We had a wonderful time!
