This villa has a great location near stores, restaurants, golf courses and just a short drive to the beach. The place itself is spacious, clean and attractive. The ladies at Rose Real Estate quickly respond to any questions or issues.

We have rented multiple villas out of Tupelo Bay over the years. They have all been consistently clean and spacious. The indoor and outdoor pools are very nice and always clean as well.

We had the most beautiful condominium. It was decorated with the most beautiful nautical decor. It was a third-floor condo and we felt very safe. It was very peaceful and immaculately clean. We enjoyed the deck that was overlooking one of the ponds. We were able to capture pictures of the turtles and ducks swimming. I started staying at Tupelo Bay Golf Villas a long time ago and rented from a nurse that I worked with at Duke Raleigh Hospital and I knew on this trip there would be no where like Tupelo Bay Rentals so I called them and booked this trip back in May. I am extremely pleased with this vacation and there are not enough adjectives to describe the beauty of this rental. Thank you so very much for being able to accommodate us on this trip. We had a wonderful time and everything about this rental exceeded my expectations!!!
