Nice and clean condo with little issues. Had 2 separate issues with water leaking through ceiling from condo above. However, both time were handled quickly and stress free. Only recommendation for change is mattresses as they were very hard.

We enjoyed are staying at the Villa #202. We loved all the new upgrades. The master bed should be replaced but everything else was very comfortable. The cleaning should be vacuuming under furniture because a dead cocroach was found under the one bed. We really enjoyed the whole process of booking, staying and departing.

Excellent, just one concern. This very lovely villa's floors should be cleaned better, as discovered by us noticing the bottom of our socks/slippers. Rose Real Estate personnel were very helpful. Also, the Technician was helpful and knowledgeable. Going through Rose Real Estate is so much better than other modes.

Furniture is dated and king bed needs some work; kitchen accessories were a mixed bag; loved the BUNN coffeemaker!; also loved the new appliances
