3 Bedrooms with 2 Bathrooms. Master bedroom has a king bed with two large walk-in closets. Master bedroom also has a television. Master bedroom also has a brand new ensuite bathroom that includes double sinks and large stand up shower only. 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed with large closet and television. 3rd bedroom has two twin beds with large closet and television. Hall bathroom has tub/shower combo. Entire villa has all hardwood floors. Unit is fully furnished. Kitchen has brand new Samsung appliances. Kitchen has regular coffee pot along with Keurig. Refrigerator has icemaker, microwave, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal and plenty of plates and cups. Kitchen counter has 3 bar stools for guests to relax. Dining room table has seating for 6. Living room has sofa, love seat and chair to relax watching television. Entire villa has 4 televisions with internet. Ceiling fans through out the villa. It is a lovely first floor unit with screened patio that is furnished with ceiling fan and it overlooks driving range. Villa is non smoking and it is not pet friendly. Enjoy the gym, indoor pool, outdoor, brand new pickleball courts and common grill area when you stay. Also make sure you check out the executive golf course, three par and disc golf. The three par is lighted at night. Golf passes available for weekly and monthly stays only. Coupons available for stays less then seven days. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.

We enjoyed are staying at the Villa #202. We loved all the new upgrades. The master bed should be replaced but everything else was very comfortable. The cleaning should be vacuuming under furniture because a dead cocroach was found under the one bed. We really enjoyed the whole process of booking, staying and departing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit. Furnishings very comfortable and it is a very safe area for Sr. citizens. Looking forward to returning.

Excellent, just one concern. This very lovely villa's floors should be cleaned better, as discovered by us noticing the bottom of our socks/slippers. Rose Real Estate personnel were very helpful. Also, the Technician was helpful and knowledgeable. Going through Rose Real Estate is so much better than other modes.

Furniture is dated and king bed needs some work; kitchen accessories were a mixed bag; loved the BUNN coffeemaker!; also loved the new appliances

Absolutely perfect! Clean and comfortable. Tons of space. Would recommend! Only wished it had been available for longer. We would have loved to stay an entire week!
