Upstairs of home has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The upstairs sleeps 4 guests. Upstairs living room includes sofa, chair and flat screen television. Dining room table is in separate room that seats 6. Kitchen is completely stocked with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, garbage disposal, toaster, 12 cup coffee pot and blender. Three chairs also available to use at kitchen counter for more space. Master bedroom has king size bed with flat screen television. Master bedroom has attached master bathroom with tub/shower combo. Second bedroom also has a king bed . Hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Upstairs is complete with hardwood floors. Stackable washer and dryer is available for renters. The back porch overlooks lake with stunning views. Outside shower is available for renters to use. Driveway is concrete. Neighborhood amenities include, two outdoor pools with splash-pad, indoor pool, playground, basketball court, boche ball, tennis, fishing, fitness center, golf cart rental is available at Oceanside Village office and private golf cart parking at ocean. Linens are not included but can but linen package can be purchased.
