Very well equipped, with the exception of kitchen towels. Great location. We’ve vacationed in MB for many years and this is by far the best vacation ever.

The condo was clean and spacious, however, a significant issue was the lack of table lighting and the lack of kitchen silverware, utensils, and cooking pots, pans, and baking pans. This lack of inventory was surprising given the size and cost of the unit.

Excellent experience. Great condo for our family. Beautiful and roomy. Only two cons - no blinds on sliding door and blinding sun during late afternoons and no 2 the living room furniture while good quality was not comfortable to sit in at all-no recliners, very little back support and the two wicker chairs were way too deep with very little back cushioning.

Excellent property. Beautiful decor, bright and beachy. Villa was bigger than expected. Exceptionally clean. No problems with internet or TV. This villa was on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the pond, pool, rec center with indoor pool and gym. The fountain below was lit up at night. Very peaceful and relaxing setting. Our three teenage grandchildren found plenty to do on site to keep themselves busy. Volleyball, pools, gym, pickleball, minigolf, trails, etc. Perhaps, the ice cream stand was too close. The location was ideal, plenty of restaurants, beaches, and stores within a couple of miles. Just about all amenities were provided. We rented linens and towels. The only things lacking were pots and pans. They only provided 6" and 8" sauté pans and a couple of pots. One pot was badly scorched and unusable. These were not adequate for 6/8 people. I would bring hangers and kitchen towels. We had a wonderful stay and will not hesitate to stay here again for an extended family vacation.

Villa 706 at Tupelo Bay was just what we had hoped. The condo is spacious and provides lots of room for each of us. We really appreciated the layout of the unit with the pocket doors that allowed the bedrooms to be quiet and private. The decorative furnishings are appropriate and not overdone. Wi-Fi was excellent, and the tvs were excellent. We spent mornings on the balcony enjoying a view of the pond and fountain. The grounds were beautifully kept and felt safe and secure. Despite construction near us, no noise could be heard in the villa. We loved the unit so much that we booked ahead for our next visit. Rose Realty was helpful and friendly. If you want a quiet, pleasant place for a family or friends stay, Villa 706 deserves your consideration.

Our stay was great from start to finish. Check-in with Mary was smooth and easy. She went above and beyond to cover all the benefits and perks of staying at Tupelo Bay. The kids loved the pool and adopted the turtles in the pond as pets for the week. Pickleball tournaments, and mini golf added to the appeal for adults and kids alike. Our condo was spacious, well appointed, and clean! Everything worked great! Extremely warm week, our kids were playing baseball so everyone enjoyed coming back to a nice cool condo. Beds were comfortable, furniture was nice throughout. Couldn't have asked for a better place to meet all of our needs. The shuttle to the beach is an awesome perk as well! Great spot for families!

This was a great vacation. I will use Rose Estate and Vrbo again. The second we walked in it was love at first sight. Every room was wonderful, the staff was very helpful about the area. The grounds were very well maintained with things to do, indoor pool golf driving range and a plesant walking area.

The pictures are very accurate: this condo is beautiful and roomy, with an overall calm vibe. The property is back from the main road, making it very quiet. Our only complaint is that several of the white dining room chairs were quite fragile, and we did not sit in them.

Spacious brand new unit near the pool. Very convenient location and beautiful golf course. The unit is spacious and provides lots of privacy to have separate space for kids or guests. Nicely furnished and beautiful unit.
