Master bedroom has queen bed, dresser and closet. 2nd bedroom has bunk bed with trundle and dresser. 2nd bedroom also has ensuite bathroom that includes stand up shower. Hall bathroom has tub/shower combo. Living room has 1 queen sleeper sofa, two recliners and flat screen television. Kitchen has been remodeled. Kitchen is completely stocked with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, regular coffee pot, keurig coffee pot, toaster, blender and microwave. Dining room table seats 4. Washer and dryer are available for renters to use. Large screen porch with furniture to relax after a day at the beach. WiFi is also available. Short walk to the beach. It also has a Concrete driveway. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocceball courts, shuffleboard court, pickleball court, and two tennis courts. Linens are not included but you can purchase linen package.

Enjoyed close walking distance to the beach and walking inside the community . Quiet and peaceful area. Need to repair whole in wall by furnace. A two car parking slab would be nice.
