The house was beautiful parents first time coming they loved the cozy house. I would love to rent this house again. So close the the beach 5 min walk.

Our family of 6 had a great time in this rental. The kitchen was well furnished and we did a little grilling outside. The 4th of July was very hot and with the ceiling fans and extra fans we stayed comfortable when the AC needed a little help. The house was as advertised The location was good for us. The property was clean and Rose Realty handled the rental quickly. Our family enjoyed, Sparkles at Broadway and Hangout where two of my granddaughters got to dance on the table.the younger group enjoyed the rides at Broadway also. Crazy Mason received two visits!! The Aloha Show on the Beach and an Escape game was enjoyed. We made it to Captain George’s for all the crab legs we could eat. The weather interfered with the fireworks but we did get to see a few bursts in the sky. The children enjoyed the golf cart rides and feeding the ducks and geese. The only thing I did not like was the process at the golf rental agency. Every time I rent from them at Oceanside, I have to wait in a long line in the heat to take 2 minutes to fill out my name, home address, credit card number, and license number. I do not understand the slow process.

It was a very nice beach house had a very comfortable feel to it. It also had everything you could possibly need. I would stay there again and recommend.
