Home has four bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, closet , ceiling fan and flat screen television. 2nd bedroom has two double beds, dresser, closet and flat screen television. Queen bedroom has a dresser and flat screen television. Fourth bedroom has one set of bunk beds, futon, dresser and flat screen television. New bathroom was put in between the queen bedroom and bunk bed rooms. You can get to the bathroom through each bedroom. Living room has an over sized love seat with matching two chairs. Flat screen television is also in the living room. Dining room table seats four with three more stools at bar area. Kitchen is furnished with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, 12 cup regular coffee maker, keurig coffee maker, crock pot and toaster. Hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. All the amenities you would need to cook a meal for the family. You are only two blocks from the beach. Outside home has a concrete driveway with carport. Gas grill is available to use. Outdoor shower to wash off after coming back from the beach. Large roof top deck that has a view of the ocean. Neighborhood amenities include, two outdoor pools with splash-pad, indoor pool, playground, basketball court, boche ball, tennis, fishing, fitness center, golf cart rental and private golf cart parking at ocean. A great home for a large family or group of friends. Linens are not included but can but linen package can be purchased.

The grandkids loved walking to the beach and playing at the splash pad and playground. The older generations enjoyed conversations in the open den and at the large kitchen table. We enjoyed our stay, and hope to return next year!

Our stay was great, however we did run into some issues. There were several bugs in the house but the realty office sent an exterminator right over. The house has had some updates, but many of the outlets and fixtures didn’t work.

The Kingfisher location was a quick walk to the beach. The children enjoyed the splash pad and the outdoor pool. The outdoor shower was also a plus with little ones. A TV in every room was handy on a rainy afternoon.

Everything went great. Check in was smooth and any questions we had they answered. The house was clean and plenty of room for all of us. We all enjoyed our stay and we would definitely rent this home again.
