This was our fifth time staying in OSV. We love the laid back, low profile atmosphere in the Village. Amenities have been updated nicely with a additional outdoor pool and splash pad for the kids since our first stay. The recently updated indoor pool is super nice also.

Renting from Rose Real Estate is very user friendly. The property has great potential but there are a few issues that need to be addressed to make the experience what you would expect for the money. The location is very close to the entrance but the farthest from the ocean access. That is not a knock on the property just for information. The A/C works well in the main area and the first bedroom. However, the rear bedroom gets very hot and that leads to a poor experience for the traveler who stays in that room. The mattresses are not good in either room. The mattress in the first bedroom is worn out and slopes to the left. The mattress in the back room is hard as a board. The original oven/microwave in the cabinet is inoperable. There is a countertop microwave. These concerns are not to be critical of the property but rather to have the owners make some improvements that will enhance the rental experience.
