3 Bedroom 2 Bath, sleeps 7 Upstairs only of pier home. Master bedroom has a king bed and includes a flat screen television. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has a set of bunk beds. First bathroom you can access from master bedroom and hallway. Second bathroom is for the other two bedrooms. Single sofa bed is available in the living room. House sleeps 7. Living room has a sofa and love seat. Living room also has a flat screen television. Dining room table seats 4. Four bar stools are also available at kitchen counter. Kitchen is completely furnished with regular coffee pot, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, stove and icemaker. Side by side washer and dryer are in the home. Home has concrete driveway, carport and outside shower. Deck includes table with seating for four, umbrella and grill. WiFi is available. Full time tenant is downstairs. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocceball courts, two tennis courts, one pickleball court and one shuffleboard court. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.
