Designed for comfort and convenience, this fully furnished vacation retreat comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and offers everything you need for a relaxing coastal getaway.
Owner is allowing three night minimum stays in the summer of 2026.

Great house great location and all u need is there. Fully stocked in every way that was promised. Oceanside village is great as always but the house was above what we expected. Enjoyed our stay 9/10. The only problem was some ants that showed up during the week but they were taken care of. We will be back!

We have been staying at Oceanside village for nine years. Renting from Rose Real Estate had always been a good experience for us. The homes we have rented are very nice - always clean when we arrive. Rose Realty responds to issues that arise quickly. Our children and grandchildren will always remember our trips to the beach and Oceanside village.

Love it! The house could use just tiny improvements with air floor vents and shower spouts. But other than that, WE LOVED IT!! Perfect place for our family to vacation. We are choosing the same house for next year. Already booked for next June! The whole community and all employees are the most wonderful people! Outstanding care and service! The kindness of the people was just a blessing to experience. We plan to come back every single year. Thank you for all you do to make families feel right at home from the moment they place that call for booking.

OSV never disappoints. This is the first time staying in this particular home but it was very nice with exception of the coffee pot. My family likes their coffee their way. The home was very clean and well appointed with adequate seating in living area and dining. Also outside entertainment area and the location was perfect.
