We have stayed in OSV for yrs. Home is great - but could use some upgrades/attention to detail. Needs: Large tv in common living areas, decent grill on site, a recliner (or two) in living areas, better stocked kitchen (needs decent cups, serving pieces, cookware, etc). Longer term, laundry area (stackables) inside house on first and second floors. Make a nook at the top of the second floor for gaming and have tv etc there to support. Love your home - nice as is and great potential.

This home was a great fit for our extended family. Two families stayed in the 4 upstairs bedrooms and the grandparents and son stayed in the downstairs with two bedrooms and a separate entrance. The amenities were plentiful, and this house is very close to the area with tennis, pickle ball, the playground and indoor pool. The house is on the older side so kitchen and bathrooms need some updating. The layout is a little awkward since the table is not in the same room as the kitchen and is a little hard to maneuver around couches to get to it. One bedroom is right off of the kitchen so it was a little loud. There are no throw rugs so expect to sweep or have sandy feet for the week. There are no windows in the basement bedrooms, so it is nice and dark for sleeping. We had some issues with cleanliness of comforters and the lower level which were handled quickly by the realty company. We had to spend extra for a golf cart rental since one was not provided. Overall it was reasonably priced and fit our needs. Not posh but very practical.

The house is really nice and spacious. Beds slept great and close to the playground and the pools. Needs some repairs to broken ceiling tiles and exposed areas. The laundry room is disconnected from living area and is in the back of house. There is no Grill on the property. The only issue we had was that the house was not clean well prior to us arriving. The floors were dirty and the tables. We would definitely rent again as this is a huge space and we had lots of rooms for the whole family.

The rental house was amazing. very clean and the house was set up great to meet our family needs. We would highly recommend this rental home. The Location of the house was very close to the park, pool and to the beach.
