Ceiling fans are found throughout the home, and the property comes equipped with a side-by-side washer & dryer combo, as well as a screen-enclosed furnished back porch patio fully outfitted with fans - one of the most delightful features of this property is certainly the mornings and evenings on the porch overlooking the backyard stream. The living room comes with an additional pull-out queen-sized sleeper sofa, a loveseat, and a 56-inch flat-screen television placed atop an electric fireplace - perfect for a cozy night in or a gathering of friends. The kitchen is arranged in an open layout with a large bar countertop island overlooking the living room, providing ample prep space for cooking and an easy environment to entertain your guests.
