New for 2023. Just come and relax and enjoy the sun. 2 Bedroom with 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 4. Unit has 2 Queen beds. Living room has a sofa and love seat with flat screen television. Television stand has electric fireplace. Kitchen is complete with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, 12 cup coffee pot, toaster, dishes, plates, silverware, cook and bake ware, pots and pans and plenty of extras in the kitchen. Master bedroom has a queen bed with newly remodeled ensuite bathroom, with huge shower only. 2nd bedroom has queen bed. Hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Dining room seats four people with two stools at the kitchen island. Cable and internet are included. Ceiling fans through out the home. Side by side washer and dryer. Screened enclosed back porch with ceiling fan and furniture. Area off the screened porch that has a picnic table. Outdoor shower is also available and was just remodeled. Charcoal grill available. Covered concrete driveway. Linens are not included in the rental but can be purchased. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocceball courts, shuffleboard court, pickleball court, and two tennis courts. Home does not come with a golf cart but you can rent one from the Oceanside Village Office.
