Completely remodeled. Home has 3 bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Master bedroom has a queen bed with two closets. Master bedroom also has two night stands and flat screen television. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom with stand up shower only. Second bedroom has a queen bed.. Both beds are double beds. Second bedroom also has a chest for storage and television. Third bedroom has a bunk bed and single bed with trundle. Hall bathroom has a very large shower only. Living room has a sofa and love seat to watch television or just to relax after a day at the beach. Brand new kitchen island has been installed. Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, icemaker, stove, oven, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, blender, toaster, Keurig, plates, cups, utensils and everything else needed to cook a meal. Dining room two bench chairs and two regular chairs and is located in the sunroom with amazing natural light. Home comes with a washer and dryer for renters use. WIFI is available as well. A small screened in porch is on the front of the home. Home has a concrete driveway with carport. Owner has a EV/Electric vehicle charging plug installed that will handle level two charging. Under the carport you have 5 chairs and outdoor rug so you can sit outside after a day at the beach. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard court, two bocce ball courts, pickleball court , and two tennis courts. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased. Home does not come with a golf cart but you can rent one from the Oceanside Village Office.

One of the cleanest rentals I’ve stayed in. The master bedroom and bathroom was beautiful and spacious. Impressed with water pressure and loved the shower house outside home for rinsing off after beach days. Nice dining area separate from kitchen and the “kids room” as we called it was great. When we come back to Oceanside Village we hope to stay in this same home.

We absolutely loved our third stay in this inclusive beach resort. I highly recommend a stay at Oceanside Village! I plan to visit for many years to come.
