Stunning home located in Melody Gardens that is completed remodeled. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Master bedroom has a king bed. Ensuite master bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has two sets of twin bunks. Hall bathroom has a tiled walk in shower. Ceiling fans throughout the home. Spacious living room with flat screen television above electric fireplace. WIFI is free. Dining room table seats 8. Kitchen island has four stools to enjoy a snack. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, icemaker, toaster, coffee pot and blender. Just bring your food. Washer and dryer are available for renters to use. Home also includes a Carolina room with a flat screen television. Carolina room has plenty of natural light. Queen sofa bed is also available in the Carolina room. You feel like your outside but in. Outside boasts a gas grill, concrete patio with plenty of seating. Outdoor shower. Garage that owner has some beach equipment for guests to use. No smoking and no pets are allowed. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocce ball courts, 1 shuffleboard court, 1 pickleball court, and two tennis courts. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.

Our stay at 256 Melody Garden for spring break 2024 was awesome! It was a great house for our family and friends for a week-long vacation. I would definitely stay there again. The location and the amenities were perfect for our teenagers. They especially enjoyed the pickle ball and basketball courts. The house was clean for the most part. Having a nice rental with no problems helped to make for a memory making vacation.
