Come unwind and relax at this completely remodeled pier style home that is directly across the street from the beach. This beautiful home is fully furnished. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This beach home sleeps up to 8. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom with ensuite. There is a queen size bed in the guest bedroom. The sun room is great to relax in on the daybed that transitions to a sleeping area at night as it also hides a trundle bed underneath. The living room has a comfortable and modern pull out sleeper sofa. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The guest bathroom is light and airy with a frameless stand up shower enclosure.
Other features that are included are numerous. There is a large wooden deck to enjoy the sound of the ocean or eat a meal at one of the tables on the deck. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off in before you head up to the house. There is a washer and dryer room in the home. An updated kitchen boasts rich granite countertops, refrigerator, ice maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and a Keurig coffee machine. There are flat screen TV's in every sleeping area. You are welcome to bring your firesticks. There is an electric fireplace in the living room for those cooler evenings in the fall and winter. A dining area is situated directly next to wide sliding glass doors that open onto the deck. This is a wonderful place not only for eating, but also for playing board games. Wi-Fi is provided as well.
Owner asks that there are no pets, smoking, or vaping in the home. They also ask that no grilling be done under the home for safety.
